Tier 5 and 6 players have always caused a lot of trouble for NPC cities but when they run into that city's magistrates they would have to flee.

"Guild Leader, don't you think that's too much?!" Youlan was astounded. Not many businesses want to rent the shops in Zero Wing City already. Now that both the map and city underwent such huge upgrades, companies will be willing to tolerate the old price now, but not this.

Not to mention the entrance fee. Most tier 2 players won't even have 50 Silver after spending their expenses. How can they afford to let go of an extra 30 just to enter a city.

While it's easier to earn coins nowadays, there are much more expenses that need to be paid.

For instance, after level 120 any equipment below Dark Gold rank loses durability way too quickly. Tier 4 players with fully unlocked mana bodies shouldn't even use Fine Gold or lower equipment. If they try to execute a skill or spell with such equipment, it would turn to scrap.

Because of this, players now have to keep multiple weapons and equipment pieces on hand and spend huge amounts just to repair them.

Dark Gold equipment is just too rare not even the various superpowers are willing to sell theirs. Most players have to gather the materials themselves and find a willing blacksmith to craft a Dark Gold equipment piece for them.

Even after that, the majority of Dark Gold equipment crafted by players aren't as good as the ones gained through quests, dungeons, or field bosses. The equipment will lose durability a little more quickly.

"Just do it. This change won't be just Zero Wing City either. All our cities will have similar policies soon." Shi Feng informed her.

He didn't think this price increase was too much. Witch's Hill is now a level 110 - 170 asura map. That means it will house tier 5 monsters. While Mythic monsters will slowly become more common as the game goes on, even if it's in neutral, forbidden, or God ranked map, Legendary monsters will always be rare.

Killing one such monster will be enough to get a guild rich overnight. Not to mention the chance of obtaining a clue to a fragmented legendary item with the monsters first kill.

But that's nothing compared to the new environment of the city. This is primal mana with primary mana, many peak experts will gladly bankrupt themselves to stay in such a place with a stable source.

Primary mana is still foreign to players but they will soon learn about it. By absorbing the primary mana, players can slowly increase their mana affinity over time.

Tier 2 and below players won't notice the change but for players at tier 3 and higher just a 1% increase is a qualitative leap. Those stuck at tier 4 might even reach tier 5 by improving their mana affinity.
