Nagito is a surprisingly good support for Hajime. Hajime often has days where he feels like he failed everyone, and others where survivors guilt weighs in on him about Chiaki. When that happens, Nagito makes a glass of lemonade for him and quietly reassures him that it would never be his fault, and what Chiaki wanted from all of them. At the end of this small speech, Hajime tends to begin crying like he's been holding years of tears back while Nagito cradles him.
