The only two moments Byakuya pushes his glasses up is first, when he's feeling nervous. He wants to see clearly what is going wrong so he can fix it immediately. The other is when he's feeling embarrassed, because he wants to be able to admire the person who made him embarrassed better. It's never easy to detect which kind of glasses push it is, unless you're Makoto.
