Shuichi can't stand grape anything because of Kokichi. It isn't anything bad, per say, it's just at first seeing Kokichi chug y everyday was a bit unnerving. Then being offered it every week and being unable to say no to Kichi's cute face. Then Kokichi baking the grape soda into his food and sharing it with Shuichi when he was too tired to cook. It became so extreme that Shuichi once had a crisis in the corner over this. He got over it in a month though with some smoochies.
