Okay so as harsh as it sounds, Jin could care less. You're a girl and you need to get girl stuff. He doesn't see why others can't be mature when you bring these matters up. Sure, you don't need to talk about them constantly, but if you need something to help you with your feminine issues, bras or not, he'll be happy to help out the most he can. As long as you don't come out with some hooker outfit, he's alright.
Yoongi:

So Yoongi is basically the same as his older brother. He normally just waits outside the shop for you to come back, or he'll drop you off and tell you that he'll be in one of his favorite stores. To him, he'd much rather help out with his little sister's problems than his brothers'. When you'd get done, though, he'd probably make a smug remark about not needing one if your flat chested. You'd give him an annoyed look, but since it's Yoongi, you knew it was coming sooner or later.

Also doesn't mind because Hoseok is a bean? He also loves helping you if you're in need so like, he's got you, you know? He kind of hates blood (even if he's going into pediatrics) and he helped you with your first period. If that doesn't explain his helpfulness, I don't know what does. But yeah, if you bring up that one of your bras got messed up in the wash or were beginning to be a little too tight and you needed a new one, he'd tell you that he'd be up for taking you to the mall whenever you're free.
