About Hoshigakure(Diverts from Naruto Filler with Hoshigakure): Hoshigakure is a small hidden village in the mountains in the Bear Country. The Bear country is neighboring the Earth country and is made up of many rocky mountains. Although not lush in green scenery, the Bear country still has some trees and bushes. Hoshigakure is in a part of the mountains that has some trees and a small lake. This lake is the village's main water resource. The houses in Hoshigakure are styled like traditional Japanese housing. There is only a population of around 1,000-2,000(including Shinobi). 

That's really cool and then fact that you went further into detail shows the effort you put into this.

—Appearance—
(By the way, I'm not sure how well my height and weight correspondence is with both each other and the age). 
She has light brown hair and dark blue eyes(like, midnight blue). Her skin color is beige. 

You don't have to worry about the height and weight, also do you just mean light brown for skin tone? Everything is fine I was just wondering why you out beige instead of light brown or light skinned.

Academy Ages: 
8-9: At this age her hair was shoulder length and she usually wore it with a light blue headband. Her outfit consisted of a light blue short sleeved dress that went down to just above her knees. The dress was over a long-sleeved white shirt and she wore black shorts along with black sandals. Her dress faded to a darker blue as it got closer to the knees and it had her clan symbol on the back. Her height is about 4'1"- 4'5" and her weight is around 65-79 pounds. 

Nice, it's easy to imagine as well.

10-11: Her brown hair is now to about mid-shoulder blades and instead of using a headband, she uses two dark blue slips to keep it out of her face. She wears a sky blue shirt with white flowers on the bottom. The sleeves go down to right above her elbows and her clan symbol is on the sleeves. She has black pants and black sandals. Her height is around 4'6"-4'9" and she weighs around 83-93 pounds. 

Nice like the one above this is easy to imagine.

Genin(12-14): Her brown hair now reaches to her mid-back and she wears it in a low pony-tail. She ties it back with a black hair band. She wears a sleeveless shirt that’s white on the front and sky blue on the back. Her clan symbol is on the back of her shirt and there’s a zipper running down the middle of the front. She has black shorts and a short-dark blue skirt except it has slits down the sides that allow more mobility. She wore black sandals and has fishnet leggings. She also has sky blue fingerless gloves. Her headband is around her forehead.(The Hoshigakure symbol is just a five-pointed star). She is 4'10"-5'1" and weighs around 98-104 lbs.
