I woke up, seeing a table with a cake and confetti, the song 'It's My Party' was playing. "I don't know which is worse the explosion or this..." I muttered

"Max?" I heard Sam ask

"So if you're over there" I nodded to where another person sat "Who's that?"

"Corbett." Sam sighed "Corbett. Hey. Corbett, hey,"

"Sam?" Corbett asked

"Corbett, hey you got to keep listening to my voice, okay?" Sam told him "We're right here. Stay awake,"

"Don't listen." A man's voice claimed and I felt my body chill

"Daggett," I whispered

"It stops hurting, so don't worry," Daggett picked up a knife and stabbed Corbett through the throat.

"No!" Sam and I screamed

"No! Corbett!" I noticed Daggett come towards me "Get away from her," Sam growled

"This won't hurt. It's okay. It's okay. Relax. Relax," Daggett strapped a party hat onto me and Sam. "I've been waiting for some more friends. I get lonely. But you're coming to my party, aren't you?"

"Oh, God," I muttered "I've changed my mind this is much worse,"

the door broke open "Sam!"

I sighed as Dean shot Daggett, and untied me "I'm gonna act like you didn't just forget me,"

"Oh god. Oh, no, Corbett. What's this Daggett guy's problem anyway?"

"Loneliness," Sam replied and I noticed his gaze on me.

"What, he's never heard of Realdoll?" Dean questioned

"Ew, no." I told him "Daggett was the Norman Bates, stuff-your-mother kind of lonely. I mean, that's why he lifted these bodies from the morgue, threw himself a birthday party, except they were the only ones who would come. Anyway, so, at midnight, he sealed them in the bomb shelter and went upstairs and o.d.'d on horse tranqs,"

"How do you know this?"

"'Cause he told us," me and Sam replied as I shivered in disgust

"And I thought Scully had it bad,"

"Okay, so now that he's dead, what? Same song, different verse, trying to get people to come to his party?"

"Pretty much, yeah. Stay forever," Sam explained

"Are those real bullets?" Spruce questioned

"It's rock salt," Dean told him

"Take it easy." Sam told me as we began to walk out of the basement "You all right?"

"Uh, guys..." Spruce called out as Daggett threw Sam and Dean against the wall "This is bad--very bad," I went for Dean's gun but the lights began to flicker again "Corbett?" we watched as Corbett's ghost attacked Daggett and they both disappeared in a blinding flash of light.

"You guys all right?" I called out

"God," Sam muttered as the two began to pick themselves up off the floor. By the time we got out of the house it was daytime, Sam handed Ed his phonenumber and we headed into the Impala.

We finished watching the pilot episode of Ghostfacers "So, guys, what do you think? Are you alright?" Ed asked

"You know, I kind of thin it was half-awesome," Dean told Ed

"Half-awesome? That-that's full-on good, right?" Maggie wondered

"Yeah, um, I mean it's bizarre how you all are able to honor Corbett's memory while grossly exploiting the manner of his death. Well done," while Sam talked I slipped a device into one of the backpacks under the table

"Yeah. It's a real tight rope you guys are walking there," I told the group

"Yeah, all right guys,"

"Nah, that's realitym man." Ed declared "Yeah, Corbett gave his life searching for the truth, and it's our job over here to share it with the world,"

"Right. Well, um, our experience, you what you get when you show the world the truth?" Sam asked

"A straightjacket..."

"Or a basement job, and loss of integrity and dignity." I noticed their eyes on me "not that I'm talking from experience or anything,"

"Sure you're not," Dean joked as I punched his shoulder

"Oh come on, guys, don't be 'facer haters' just because we happen to have gottne the footage of the century," Harry quipped

"Oh yeah," Ed agreed

"Yeah, well we'll see you guys around," Dean told them

"Peace out," Spruce said as we exited their "headquarters".

"We clean?" Sam asked as we came to the Impala

I smirked hearing Ed's scream "Electromagnet wiped out every tape and hard drive that they have,"

"The world just isn't ready for the Ghostfacers," Sam claimed

"It's too bad. I kinda liked that show," Dean admitted

I shrugged "It had its moments," the boys got in Impala and I bit my lip looking behind us.

Dean watched the rearview mirror, his hand going for the ignition. Sam looked at him "You think she's going to make a run for it?" Dean didn't reply but looked away when the back door to the Impala opened.

"What are we waiting on?" Maxima questioned, she looked confused at Dean and Sam and figured it out "You thought I was going to make a run for it," she laughed

"Shut up," Dean muttered as he started the Impala and they began the drive.
