Y/N's POV:
Somehow, Lydia managed to drag me to a lacrosse game. "Come on Lydia, can't we go home? You know I don't like sports." "Maybe you're not into sports, but you're definitely into Scott." I placed my hand on her mouth. "Don't talk so loud, they can hear us!" Lydia chuckled. We sat down on a bench, my eyes scanning the field. I found Scott and it looked like he was almost flying across the field. He was amazing. Scott's parents were, before we were born, good friends. We kind of grew up together as brother and sister, but I always felt more. In 5th grade, a girl gave him a kiss on his cheek. I got really angry and tried to take Scott away from her. When we were back home, we're neighbors, I kissed him on the cheek too. He thought it was just a friendly gesture, so yeah, I'm friend-zoned. Now, six years later, we still kiss each other on the cheeks and hug. "Maybe I need to find someone else." Judging by Lydia's expression, she didn't know where I was talking about. "I mean a different guy." "Oh, well, Aiden's been looking at you since you were here." Lydia pointed her finger at him. Our eyes met and he waved at me. I smiled and Lydia stood up. "Well, talk to him." "Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?" She winked at me and walked over to Aiden. "Hi" I said and looked at my feet. He put his finger under my chin and lifted it. "My eyes are up here, sweetheart." I laughed shyly. "Why are you here?" He asked. "My friend dragged me here, but I'm also cheering for my best friend Scott. You?" "I got a feeling that I had to be here and I'm happy that I came." I giggled and softly hit his chest, making him chuckle. "You're cute." He said and I giggled again.

Scott's POV:

Was Aiden flirting with Y/N? They were standing close to each other, too close. I kept looking at them, until another player knocked me down. I groaned and coach walked over to me. "Are you okay McCall?" "Yeah, I'm fine." "Get up and continue!" I rolled my eyes and stood up. Now, Y/N was so close to him, they almost kissed. I couldn't leave this opportunity. I ran towards the bleachers and walked up the little stairs. "Scott what are you-" I silenced her by gently placing my lips on hers. I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her closer to me. The sound of someone walking away, was Aiden's. I let go of her lips and she fluttered with her eyelashes. "I'll tell you everything after the game, okay?" She nodded and I ran back to the field.
We won the game and I even made the decisive shot. Y/N ran towards me and I lifted her up. She giggled and I put her down. "We should go somewhere secluded." I said. "I have to tell Lydia that I'm going with you." I nodded and she ran off. They gave each other a hug and Y/N ran back to me. "Ready!"

Y/N's POV:

"So, why did you kiss me?" I asked as I sat up. I was sitting and Scott was lying down on the grass at the far end of the field. He had his hands at the back of his head, looking at the stars. "In the time that we grew up together, I developed a crush on you. You remember 5th grade?" "Oh, please don't bring it up again." I whined, making Scott laugh. "That kiss meant so much more to me, but I called it a 'friendly gesture'." "But why did you decide to kiss me in front of Aiden's face?" I said and laughed. "I got a little jealous of- are you laughing at me?" I was indeed laughing. "Since when does my Scott get jealous?" He sat up too and grabbed my hands. "I want you for myself, and not as a best friend." I sat down on his lap, surprising him. "That's okay. You can have all of me." I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him. His arms were wrapping themselves around my waist as he groaned into my mouth. "I think we should go home." I breathed when we broke the contact. "Yeah..." We stood up and Scott's hand met mine. We walked together to his motorcycle, driving us home.
