As luck would have it (bondi rescue fanfic)

The morning after

I woke up with Jesse flat out next to me, I slipped out of bed quietly and walked out into the main bathroom and jumped in the shower. I tried to be as quiet as possible as I sneaked into the lounge and grabbed my clothes and quickly changed into them. I wrote a quick note for Jesse and left it on the counter

' morning babe, hope your feeling ok this morning ;) there's pills in the top drawer and I'll be home around 7ish, love you J xxx '

I snuck out the apartment and got in the car and drove to work. I was down at tama today with Jake. I walked into the tama tower and passed Jake some chocolate

" thank you for covering Jesse's shift" I said giving him a quick hug from his seat

" its alright. did he have a good night?" Jake asked.

" yeah, I had to collect him at 3am when he rung me asking if we could bring him kebabs, he was so pissed it was unreal!, I left him this morning flat out sleeping with his mate in the spare room, I don't even want to know how he's feeling this morning!" I laughed

Luckily tama was really quiet, there was only a few surfers throughout the morning and at lunchtime we had done nothing. I got a call from Jesse at 1 just as Jake had gone home

" hey babe" I said

" hello" Jesse replied groggily making me giggle " what happened last night?"

" I don't know the full story, I wasn't there but you did drunk text, call me at 3 asking for kebabs and pass out on the bed when I saw you. But the full night I don't know" I said suppressing a laugh " are you ok?"

" better now, I felt like death earlier though. Koby and me are going for a surf to get over the hangovers in a bit, how's work?"

" quiet, reidy's due down in a minute to take over from Jake so that should be a laugh, you going ours?" I asked

 " nah, just maroubra, just to clear the fog" he said "  oh I need to go babe, I'll see you later, love you"

" alright, see you later love you too, byee!" I said hitting the end call button. At that point reidy walked into the tower.

" heya reidy!" I exclaimed

" hey Sim!" he said back " much going on?"

" nah, nothing so far" I said leaning back in my seat. Reidy sat down next to me and we sat and waited for something to happen. One surfer went in so we sat up just in case we needed to rescue him. We then got a call from the boys up on the cliffs over the radio

" hey guys that surfer is struggling you might have to go in, he's pretty near the rocks as well"

me and reidy sprung to action, I grabbed a rescue tube whilst reidy stripped down and got the other tube and flippers. I ran toward the cliffs and climbed up so I could direct Reidy. The surfer was getting smoked by the waves but wasn't to close to the twins which was lucky. Reidy came paddling through the heavy waves and got to the surfer who looked pretty happy to see him. Reidy attached the tube to him and they began paddling towards bronte, it was a smooth, quick rescue and I climbed back down the rocks and headed back to the tower.

I radioed bronte to let them know we had dealt with the rescue before sitting down and waiting for reidy to get back. He turned up and I cheered him in

" woop woop!, great job mate!" I said clapping his hand

" he was lucky there mate, thank f**k he was a strong surfer!" he said grabbing a towel and drying himself off " that could have gone a complete different way if he couldn't surf"

The rest of the day was really quiet, by pack up we had only done that one rescue. " right I'll see you soon Reidy!" I said walking off towards the car

" see ya!" he yelled back

Driving home, I realised I hadn't heard from Jesse since the afternoon so I gave maroubra a  look over when i passed it, in case he was still surfing. I couldn't see anything so I assumed his phone must have died. I got to the apartment and headed up

" hey babe I'm home" I shouted as I walked in the door. Jesse walked around the corner and came straight over to me, He crashed his lips against mine and pushed me back against the wall " oh, hello!" I giggled " missed me?" 

"  there was something I forgot to do last night?" he said

" what?"

" this" he put his hands under my bum indicating me to jump, I wrapped my legs around him as he carried me into the bedroom. He placed me down on the bed before kissing me again,he brought his lips up to meet mine and I lightly bit his lip making him moan.  He pulled my top off and kissed me neck and down my chest sending ripples of pleasure through my body, I moaned in pleasure as he kissed further and further down my body......

after

" hows the hangover now?" I giggled

" gone" he smiled kissing me softly.

i'm sorry this is shit, had the shittiest of days and it seems to be coming across in my writing :/ literally felt like throwing myself off a bridge today...
