riding with Jesse-part 2

we waited for laura by the path leading out the stables, I looked over at Jesse " thanks for all this Jesse!"

" its alright, I'm having a great time as well!" Jesse smiled. Laura then turned up on a large grey horse called kitta, " you guys ready?" she asked whilst tightening the girth, we nodded " alright then follow me!" Laura said whilst tapping kitta on. We followed her up the sandy track which lead out in to some woods, there was a set path and we rode through the trees, the sunlight bouncing off the horses neck, we rode over a small bridge over a little stream

" wow this place is beautiful" I gasped to Jesse who was riding next to me

" yeah it is" Jesse sighed looking at me, I blushed and focused on the path ahead

"right were coming up to a area where we can canter, you guys ready, Jesse go at the back and Jorja come to the front, tasmin will go fast and will get right up Kitta's arse if your not in front!, just cantering though" Laura shouted back to us, I clicked tasmin into a trot and overtook laura, I carried on trotting to get tasmin ready, I could tell she was as her ears pricked forward and her trot increased in speed as we rounded the corner, she obviously knew what was coming up.

we turned the corner out of the woods and ahead was a large field, it was a good 300 metres long and along the side was a worn track with a few cross country jumps in it

" stick to the right hand side of the path the jumps don't cover the whole track!" Laura said as she came up behind me " right I will stay with Jesse, Jorja go on!"

I turned forwards and released the reins slightly. Tasmin shot forward like a cork out a bottle with the release of the reins, she galloped off like a racehorse from the start line, I looked back at the cloud of dust I had left and giggled, remembering I was meant to be cantering I pulled back on the reins and held her in the long canter, we reached the end of the field quickly, so I kept on walking her round whilst waiting for Jesse and Laura. They cantered up to me and Jesse had a huge smile on his face

" god that's fun!, how fast were you going"

" I was galloping so I needed to collect her, I cant wait to see how she goes on the beach!" I said patting tasmins neck as we carried on riding.

we rode for about 15 more minutes and had a few more canters before we turned on to some sand dunes and then we saw the beach, it was a beautiful stretch on golden sand with nobody on it, it was small but wide as the tide was quite far out 

" wow, you'd think more people would be here today!" I exclaimed to Laura

" not really its a private beach and we made a deal with the people who own it so we can ride on it, its brilliant as we bring our trail rides here and its great for training on, especially as you don't need to worry about running over people!" Laura said to me

we walked on and stood around for a bit admiring the view, tasmin was having none of it though, she was fighting under my control and straining against the bit obviously wanting to gallop.

" right Jesse you can canter if you want but I would wait until Jorja has galloped tasmin as Larry might want to race if he's feeling up to it, which I highly doubt" she said looking at larry who's head was in the grass at the side of the beach munching away.

" Jorja you can go if you want, just go away from us before setting off, be aware she can be spooky and if she's on her own she may spook at the silliest things, oh and hold on tightly!" she laughed as I walked away from them

I turned tasmin towards the end of the beach, it was only about 700 metres long but because the tide was out the beach must have been a good 1 mile wide, I thought I would canter along then turn towards the water.
