Later that night.....
Erica kissed a sleeping cyn, on her eye lids, when she was sure cyn was really asleep she eased out of the bed and walked out in the hall.
Erica:*dialing* hey change of plans I want you to torture the guys and kill them one by one.
??: what's your beef with the Cuz.
Erica: they raped my wife as a child. I'm seeking revenge right now.
??: that's what's up, I will do my best to not let you down.
Erica: I'm counting on you.
Erica took a walk to the cafeteria to get a snack when she saw a gurney coming in. She hid behind a door and peeked and saw lucas. He was unconscious and the doctors was working on him. They just brought him in and he was given two pints of blood to help with the rapid blood loss. They pushed him into surgery and erica raced back to cyn room. She had to figure out what she was going to do. She had to get rid of him before he talked. She walked out and saw one if the ordlies on a coffee break. She walked up to him casually and greeted him.
Erica: hello
Ordley: good evening, you ok
Erica: ya, trying to stay awake you know
Ordley: don't I know it, you visiting someone.
Erica: actually yes, my sister here, maternity ward.
Ordely: congrats
Erica: *searching her bag, frantically* oh no
Ordely: something wrong
Erica: yes, I forgot to walk with my insulin medicine.
Ordely: oh, I'm sorry. Maybe I can help
Erica: omg thank you so much. I need the syringe also.
Ordley: ok, wait here
Erica: ok, thanks again
The oderly went in the supply closet and got the stuff for erica. She gave him a hug and walked away quickly. She waited until she saw lucas being wheeled away to a room and followed behind them. After the nurse checked on him, she slid into his room.
Erica; well ,well ,well. I told you to tell me everything. But you gave me your version of what happen. I'm sorry it got to end this way.
She pulled air into the syringe and pushed it into his iv line. She quickly slid out his room and ran all the way to cyn room. Cyn felt the bed dipped and open her eyes.
Cyn: babe, where did you go
Erica: for some fresh air, go back to sleep
Cyn: I not sleepy no more, I want to go home*whining*
Erica: we have to wait for the Dr to come check you.
Cyn: babe, go get him. I don't want to be here no more
Erica: ok, I going.
Erica went in search for the Dr but couldn't find him, she asked the nurse at the front desk for him but she said he had an emergency. She will inform him as soon as he report back. Erica walked back to cyn room and saw cyn already dressed
Erica: where you going?
Cyn: home, duh?
Erica: the Dr isn't here
Cyn: well, then I will go see my Dr when I get back to the states. I'm signing my self out of here.
Erica: if you don't sit you red butt back in that bed and wait for the Dr.
Cyn: I don't want to *pouting*
Erica: Cynthia mena, you want a whooping*
Cyn: I'm not a baby, you cant whoop me*stamping her feet*
Erica: *laughing* who not a baby*lifting cyn up and placing her on the bed*
Cyn: I don't want to stay here
Erica: as soon as you can leave, where heading to the airport and escape the hell hole. We missed the boat so we have to fly to the Bahamas. That's the next port.
Cyn: yay, I can go swimming with dolphin
Erica: sorry baby, I'm not taking that chance. Your pregnant.
Cyn: that's not fair, they're not rough babe
Erica: you can stay with The baby ones, ok.
Cyn: ok
Dr walking in.....
Dr: sorry I'm late, there was an emergency with one of the patients.
Erica: oh?
Dr: anyways, let's take a blood sample to know what's going on. Ok
Cyn: ok *closing her eyes while the dr draw the sample*
Dr: done, I'm going to put a rush on this so you can hopefully leave here in the next hour. Should I send the nurse in with something to eat for you.
Cyn: no thanks, I don't like hospital food.
Dr: ok
Erica: baby, you ok
Cyn: no, I wanna go * whinning*
Erica: soon ok *picking her up and carrying her to the window*
Cyn: why you carrying me
Erica: cause I missed you being in my arms
Cyn: whose fault was that *smirking*
Erica: mines*pouting* you wanna go see the babies still?
Cyn: ya
Erica carried cyn to the nursery and they looked in the window at the babies.
Cyn: aww that one so cute, can I have her.
Erica: they belong to someone
Cyn: ok *pouting*
Nurse: would you like to help feed them.
Cyn: for real
Erica: ya, their parents wouldn't mind. Cause no one holding my baby.
Cyn: stop
Nurse: no, actually some of them are waiting to go to foster homes.
Erica: oh no, that so sad
Nurse: most of them won't make it out the system.
Erica: I know too well what the system do to kids.
Nurse: go wash yout hands. here, hold this little boy his a bit of slob when he eats. It pretty cute, but he makes a mess. Here put this on*give erica an apron* you can hold his twin brother. He much more calm
Cyn: cool twins
Cyn and Erica fed and played with some of the babies, until the nurse told her that the dr was looking for them.
Dr: alright, thanks for helping out in the nursery. We can be short staffed at times, your results came back ok. But I want you to cross check with your obstetrician when you get back. You also have to check you sugar at least once a day for the rest of the week. Ok
Cyn: ok, thank you
Erica: thanks, come on babe, let's go.
Cyn: up
Erica: come on, big baby
Erica carried cyn to her room and got there bags. As they was leaving the hospital cyn stiffen, stopping in her tracks.
Erica: babe what's wrong.
??: Cynthia?
