Calum: You were sitting in class, hands fisted and jaw tight. The idiot girl behind you was badmouthing you and your boyfriend Calum. "I mean he looks like an Asian boybander. But she keeps saying he's Kiwi. Uh hello! He's not a fruit!" You rolled your eyes and tried to pay attention to what the teacher was writing on the board. "I will admit he's unbelievably hot, but his voice is just...not." You started grinding your teeth. She kept yammering about what she disliked about Calum and you could feel the anger boiling in your blood. "He's only dating her because she's the only one that would give him ass." That was it. You turned around in your chair and rammed your fist into her face. She shrieked and tried to hit you back, but she missed. "Oh my god!" One of the girls yelled. You shook your head and turned back around when you felt a crack on your shoulder. You winced and threw your elbow back, whacking the girl in the face once more. She started sobbing and blood was gushing down her face. "Y/N!!! M/G/N!!! Both of you go to the principal's office after you've seen the nurse!" Your teacher yelled. You got out of your seat and grabbed your bag and headed off to the office. You pulled out your phone and called Calum. "Hello?" He answered. "Hey Cal. I finally did it." You heard his laughter over the phone. "You didn't! You actually punched her?" You grinned. "Yeah I kinda did. And I elbowed her face." More laughter. "Ok normally I wouldn't approve of this violence, but she must've said something that really got to you." You stopped smiling and a tear fell down your face. "I was just sick of her thinking she could talk like that and get away with it. Cal she's horrible." Your voice cracked saying his name. "I know baby. I'll be there with Ashton to pick you up in 15. Hang in there love." You told him you loved him and hung up and walked to the office. M/G/N was already there, holding a handful of towels to her nose. You sat a few chairs away from her and waited patiently. The principal gave you both a lecture and put you on in-school suspension. M/G/N burst into tears and you shrugged. Whatever. A few minutes later, Calum walked through the door and his eyes fell on you. "Hi Y/N." You stood up and walked into his arms. He rubbed your back and kissed the top of your head. He looked at M/G/N and smiled. "You must be M/G/N. It's so not nice to meet you! You must be so proud of yourself huh? Talking shit about me and Y/N? Must feel good. Anyways, we're going to go now. Have a nice day." And with that, you left M/G/N to her bloody nose.
Michael: "I can't believe you punched her!" Michael yelled at you. Tears were streaming down your face. "Michael she's cheating on you! Why won't you believe me? I'm your best friend! You're supposed to trust me!" You shouted back. He scoffed and crossed his arms across his chest. "Y/N she's my girlfriend! I'm sorry but I'm taking her word for it. She told me you were lying. So..." "So what? You're just going to believe her? God you're so blind Michael! She's never been good enough or you! She's using you!" You threw your hands up in the air in disgust. "Y/N calm down! You're not making any sense at all. She loves me and I love her. You're just going to have to deal with it." He said calmly. You blinked and dropped your hands. "You're right. I am going to deal with it. So when you finally figure it out, I'll be here. I won't say I told you so. I just want you to be happy and you deserve that." You said and started walking towards the door. "Y/N wait." You stopped. "Do you really mean that?" He asked quietly. You nodded and more tears fell down your cheeks. "Michael please believe me." He sighed and ran his hands through his hair. "Why should I believe you? Tell me one good reason." You scoffed and faced him. "Fine. You want a reason? I've known you for three years, we've seen each other every day, we tell each other everything, I support everything you do, I go to as many of your concerts as possible, you call me to get ice cream in the middle of the night, you show me your songs before anyone else, when I have bad days you're always there, when you have bad days I'm always there, you've cried in front of me, and we love each other. There's your fucking reason." You left his house and drove to the only place that could relax you. When you got there, you turned off the car and got out and sat in the green grass. You looked up at the sky and made shapes of the clouds. About an hour later, another car pulled up and the door shut. You heard his boots crunch in the gravel before he sat next to you. "I called H/G/F/N. You were right." You looked at him and raised your eyebrows. "She just told you?" You asked. He shook his head and rolled his eyes. "No when she answered, I heard some....very sexual noises. Not even from her." You sighed and rested your head against his shoulder. "I'm sorry Mikey." He shrugged and hugged you. "I should've believed you in the first place Y/N. I'm the one who should be sorry." You smiled. "You're damn right you should be." He chuckled and kissed your forehead. "So you really punched her? What happened?" He asked. "Well I found out and she told me not to tell you, and threatened that she'd 'mess me up'. So of course I called her BS and she yanked on my hair. So I did what any girl would've done. I punched her in the face twice and she fell on her ass." Michael snorted and shook with laughter. "I wish I could've seen that!" You pulled away and raised an eyebrow. "Oh you will. You're not off the hook mister! I told you so!" His jaw dropped and he stood up. "You said you wouldn't say that!" He said dramatically. "Yeah well I've said lots of things." You said standing up and chasing Michael. "Help! I'm being chased by a woman who's right about everything!!!!!"
