"Alright, I need you to listen to me." Peter said, placing his hands on Bella's shoulders. "I need you to stay here, lock the doors and don't leave until I come back."
"What? No, I want to go with you!"
Peter cups Bella's face "It's too dangerous! Let me handle this."
Tears began to well up as Bella launched herself at Peter, wrapping her arms around his waist.
"I don't want anything to happen." she cried against his chest
"Nothing will happen as long as I am the alpha."
Peter left. It's been hours and Bella sat around the loft, waiting to hear something. She was in her bedroom when she heard the door to the loft open and close. She immediately ran downstairs and found no one in sight. Bella remained cautious until she was hit from behind and everything went black.
Bella slowly woke up while being dragged. She tried to fight back but she couldn't move. She drifted in and out until she was slammed against a tree and an unknown person tied her up with chains. She heard two different voices conversing.
"This is what we came back to do? Kidnap a child?" the girl asked?
"Don't get all ethical on me now." another said "This one is the spawn of one of the wolves. Completely human. No wolf gene in sight."
"Then why did you take her?"
"She's to become the bait.
Bella looked up and caught sight of Kate Argent and the girl from the store. She looked around as She began to struggle in the chains. She was in front of the old Hale house. "Let me go!"
"Oh, look at that sour face!" Kate sneered
'If you want to kill me, just do it!"
"Oh, sweetie. I don't want to kill you. Where's the fun in that if there's no wolfy in you."
"You killed my entire family! Humans and werewolves!" Bella cried
"An unexpected amount of casualties but necessary."
"You took my dad from me!"
"Ah, yes. Dear old Peter. But he did survive though, right? Nothing more than a fried vegetable."
"Shut up!" Bella screamed.
Just then, Kate hit Bella with the butt of her rifle, rendering her unconscious. Bella later woke up to the sound of howling in the distance. When Bella looked towards the direction of the house, she could've sworn she saw someone inside. Just then, voices were coming the other way.
"Hold on. Something doesn't feel right." said Derek
"What?" Scott asked
"I don't know. It's just kind of like it's..." Derek said before being cut off by Scott
"Don't say it was too easy. People say too easy and bad things happen. Do you think that finding you was easy? Getting away from Allison's dad? None of this has been easy!"
WHen Bella completely came through, she screamed "Run!!!"
Scott and Derek turned to find Bella tied up to the tree.
"Bella?" Derek said in confusion
"It's a trap!" Bella yelled.
Before anyone had time to react, an arrow pierced Derek's shoulder and leg. A flash bolt was set off, knocking Scott down. Derek pulled the arrows out, stood up and ran towards the house, pulling as blinded Scott behind him.
Allison Argent started walking towards Scott
"Allison, I can explain." said Scott
"Stop lying. For once stop lying." said Allison
"I was gonna tell you the truth at the formal. I was gonna tell you everything. Because everything that I said, everything that I did...."
"Was to protect me."
"Yes."
Allison nods her head "I don't believe you."
"Now, shoot him before I have to shoot myself." said Kate coming up behind Allison.
Allison was confused "You said we were just gonna catch them?"
"We did that. Now, we're gonna kill them." Bella screams as Kate shoots Derek. "See, not that hard."
Kate looks at Allison "I know that look. That's the 'you're gonna have to do it yourself' look." Kate then points the gun at Scott
"Kate, what are you doing" said Allison as Kate knocks her down
"I love those brown eyes," Kate said, looking at Scott.
"Kate!" Another voice called out. A Man's
Everyone looked the other way and saw Chris Argent walking towards them
"I know what you did." Chris said, "Put the gun down."
"I did what I was told to do." said Kate
"No one asked you to murder innocent people. There were children in that house, ones who were human much like that young girl you have tied up. Look what you are doing! You're holding a gun at a 16 year old boy with no proof he spilled human blood. We go by the code."
Kate was about to pull the trigger at Scott when Chris pulled out his gun and pointed it at Kate. "Put the gun down. "
Chris fired the gun. Only for it to hit the tree Bella was tied up to.
"Are you crazy?!" Belle screamed
"Before I put you down." Chris warned Kate
Just then, the door to the Hale house creaks open.
"Allison, get back" the man said to Allison
Kate points the gun at the door as Scott gets up. Everyone backed away slowly.
"What is it?" Allison asked
"It's the alpha." Scott said
Once Bella knew that it was her father in the house, she called out to him as she struggled in the chains "Dad! Help me!"
Peter, in wolf form, ran out of the house and began taunting everyone by running around them, making them guess where he is at. One by one, Peter knocked down Chris, Allison, and Scott before leaving Kate to hang dry
"Come on!" she cried
Peter then returned to his human form by grabbing Kate's arm and disarming her. Peter grabs Kate by the throat before tossing her in the direction of the front door. Peter then drags Kate into the house.
Allison runs inside and sees Peter holding Kate by his claws at her throat. Scott then moved to try and release Bella from the chains.
"She is beautiful, Kate." said Peter "She looks like you. Probably not as damaged as you made my daughter. So I'm going to give you a chance to save her. Apologize. Say that you're sorry for decimating my family. For leaving me burned and broken for six years. For making my daughter go through something that no child should have to go through. For leaving me to not be the father she needed. Say it. And I'll let her live."
"I'm sorry" Kate whimpered as she struggled to breathe.
Peter then slashed Kate's throat, throwing her to the ground. "I don't know about you, Allison, but that apology didn't sound very sincere."
Scott and Derek then burst into the house in wolf form, ready to fight Peter. Scott told Allison to run as he, Derek and Peter began to fight. The sounds of crashing could be heard from the outside. Bella ran inside and saw that Peter was overpowering Derek and Scott.
"Why were they fighting?" Bella panicked
Derek was eventually down and Peter threw Scott across the room But something was wrong with Peter. He was changing. He was growling loudly and he started to grow into a much bigger Alpha.
"Daddy!" Bella cried
"Get out of here!" Scott yelled at Bella.
Peter then grabbed Scott and threw him out the window. Peter followed as Allison and Bella watched in horror before a car horn sounded. Stiles had arrived in a Porsch with someone and threw a molotov cocktail at Peter, who caught it. Scott then threw Allison's bow.
"No!!!" Bella screamed
But it was too late. Allison fired her arrow through the glass container holding the mixture, making it ignite.
Peter flailed his arm around as it caught fire. Another cocktail was thrown, lighting Peter up completely
Bella screamed in agony as she watched her father on fire in his wolf form. Stiles then ran over and held her down. Bella tried to fight against Stiles' strength but it was no use. Derek came out of the house to walk over to Peter's dying body. Scott jumped up and tried to plead with Derek, which overlapped with Bella's pleas.
"Derek, please no!" cried Bella "Don't hurt him!"
Derek ignored their protests. Derek lifted his claw and swiped it across Peter's throat, killing him instantly. Bella's screams grew louder and louder as she cried for her father.
Derek stood "I'm the Alpha now." he said as his eyes grew red.
"I'm gonna kill you, Derek! I'm gonna kill you!" Bella snarled as she broke free of Stiles' grip.
Derek was prepared for Bella running to him but it wasn't him she was running towards. Bella's eyes widened in horror at the sight of her father's burned body.
"NO!" She broke down in tears and sobbed hysterically as she kneeled down next to Peter. She was so afraid to touch him but placed a hand over Peter's chest.
"Daddy, please come back!" she cried "I need you! I just got you back! Don't leave me. You promised! Come back, it's not fair!"
It was painful for everyone to hear Bella's cries.
"I'm sorry, kid." said Derek "I had no choice."
Bella didn't look up at Derek but said something that was loud enough for everyone to hear.
"You're a monster." she said
