Somewhere within the tunnels, Mavis was tied up on chair and was unconscious. She was surrounded by two militia soldiers as one of them used anti-vampire darts on her.
(militia 1): There. I've injected her with another anti-vampire dart. She won't be a problem for awhile.
After she was injected, Mavis was starting to wake up slowly opening her eyes and groaning. She was shocked the two militia soldiers with them.
MAVIS: Who are you people and where am I?
The militia soldiers got startled as well when Mavis woke up even though they disabled her vampire powers.
(militia 2): Crap, the vampire is awake! What now?
(militia 1): Just put a gag on her or something that'll make her shut up.
MAVIS: What are you doing?! Hey, get away from me!
The militia soldier placed a duck tape on Mavis' mouth. She kept muffling her words while struggling to break free from her chair.
(militia 1): What's wrong? Expecting daddy or Batman to come and rescue you?
(militia 2): Not this time. With the Batman in our hands, It won't take too long for Van Helsing to capture Dracula and the rest of the monsters. They'll all be dead soon, and so will you.
While the militia soldiers were threatening Mavis, the door was smashed opened revealing an enraged Dracula.
DRACULA: Stay away from my daughter!
Dracula roared showing his demonic face towards the militia soldiers.
(militia): Oh, sh*t. We're screwed....
Dracula zoomed in to a militia soldier and slammed his body at wall behind him with his vampire strength knocking him out unconscious.
The militia nervously aimed his gun at the vampire but Dracula used his telekinesis to levitate him and smashed him on the ceiling before falling to the ground unconscious.
Dracula immediately went over Mavis to untie her from the chair and removed the gag on her.
MAVIS: Daddy!
As soon as Mavis was set free, she embraced her father in a tight hug. Dracula also did the same to his daughter protecting her.
DRACULA: Mavis! Are you alright? Did they hurt you?
MAVIS: No, dad. I'm perfectly fine. Don't worry.
DRACULA: Oh, my sweet fangs. It's okay. I'm just glad you're safe.
When Dracula and Mavis started walking through the tunnels to find a way out, the Batphone that Robin gave him was ringing in his pocket. Dracula tried to answer the phone but his long fingernails kept tapping his screen.
Watching her father's struggle, Mavis took the phone and gently pressed the answer icon. Dracula smiled
in embarrassment while Mavis just raised an eyebrow and smirked at her father trying to hide laughter.
DRACULA: Richard, I've found Mavis. Any luck with yours?
Dracula answered the phone but unfortunately Robin's communication signal was breaking.
ROBIN: (*static).... Drac.... (*static).... Johnny is.... (*static).... get out of there NOW....
DRACULA: Richard? Richard, hello? Can you hear me?
The call ended abruptly due to low signal. Dracula puts the phone back to his pocket and turned his attention back to Mavis.
DRACULA: Mavis, listen to me. Once I get you out of here, I need you to go a safer place. I'll come back here to find Johnny.
MAVIS: No, dad. You don't understand! They did something terrible to Johnny!
A metal object dashed from the shadows and impacted on the wall nearby the father and daughter. Both Dracula and Mavis were startled from the object that almost hit them as a warning shot. They took a closer look on the object and it was revealed to be a Batarang that embedded against the wall.
The look of the Batarang has now been modified into something new. It was a sharp metal boomerang in a smile-shaped style and was painted like a smile.
MAVIS: Is that Johnny's Batarang?
Laughter can be heard echoing through the dark tunnels. It creeped Dracula and Mavis out as if their fears were crawling through their spine when they figured out where the laugher was coming from.
(???): HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
A dark object dropped right in front of Dracula and Mavis. While the dark object slowly got up on his feet, Dracula and mostly Mavis were frightened of who this mysterious figure was.
BATMAN WHO LAUGHS: Here's... BATSY! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Johnny wore black boots, dark pants that were stitched up, a black leather jacket with chains around it, he wore no gloves revealing his white skinned hands and black fingernails, he has a shoulder-like extended protectors with a high collar on it, and wore a leather version of his cowl with silver spikes around his eyes.
THE BATMAN WHO LAUGHS
Dracula and Mavis gasped in shock at the horrible image that Johnny has become. Johnny's voice and laughter was now the same as the Joker's embracing his inner demons and letting his insanity control him.
MAVIS: Jo... Johnny?
BATMAN WHO LAUGH: No! Even better! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Johnny threw a couple of his 'Jokerangs' while Dracula pushed Mavis and himself out of the way making the Jokerangs hit the wall behind them instead.
DRACULA: Johnny, what the hell are you doing!?
BATMAN WHO LAUGHS: Apparently what I should've done a long time ago! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Johnny laughed as he grabbed his two silver sickles from his back with chains attached on it.
MAVIS: He doesn't know what he's doing!
DRACULA: Just keep your head down and stay far way as you can. I'll try to reason with Johnny. I just don't want you getting hurt.
MAVIS: Be careful, dad. I don't you or Johnny getting hurt either.
DRACULA: Don't worry, Mavy. I'll do my best to calm him down.
Johnny jumped high holding his sickles ready to stab both Dracula and Mavis.
Dracula held Mavis on her shoulders and used his vampire speed to dash away from Johnny, who landed on the floor and his sickle hit the ground.
DRACULA: Mavis, go! Get out of here!
Mavis ran into a safe distance while Dracula and Johnny continued their fight.
Johnny aggressively ran towards Dracula attacking him with his silver sickle. Even though Dracula would easily dodged his attacks, Johnny was able to scratch Dracula on his shoulder and his back thanks to his martial arts skills.
BATMAN WHO LAUGHS: Come on, Prince of Darkness! Is that the best you got!?
While trying to avoid his sickle attacks, Dracula punched Johnny right on the face. Johnny felt the blood coming out from his mouth and just laughed. He wiped his hand on his mouth to spread the blood around his lips forming a smile.
Dracula was shocked at how insane Johnny has becoming. He kept laughing and laughing. Dracula tried his best to fight against him but not hurt Johnny.
DRACULA: Johnny, please... I don't want to fight you. We can help you.
BATMAN WHO LAUGHS: Aww, too bad.... I want to kill you! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Johnny used his sickles to slash Dracula with it. With Dracula's vampire speed, he would dodge every attack Johnny would attempt. However, Johnny managed to scratch Dracula's chest.
Johnny strapped his chains around Dracula's arm and pulled him closer. Johnny used his other hand to try and stab his father-in-law but Dracula managed to grab Johnny's arm trying to stop his sickle to pierced his skin.
Dracula placed his palm on Johnny's chest and with his vampire strength, he pushed Johnny on the opposite direction with his back abruptly impacted against the wall and lets go of his sickles.
Even though that big thud was extremely pain, Johnny just laughed uncontrollably embracing his insanity.
Dracula zoomed in and locked his arm Johnny's neck pinning him against the wall.
DRACULA: Johnny, snapped out of it!
While Dracula was bringing Johnny back to reality but all he did was to laugh it off. What Dracula didn't know is that Johnny has more tricks up on his sleeves.
Johnny head butted Dracula while the silver spikes on his cowl pierced his face. Johnny pulled out a Jokerang from his pocket and stabbed Dracula on his leg. Johnny also knee punched Dracula on his face. Dracula shouted in pain as he lets go of Johnny.
BATMAN WHO LAUGHS: Oh, Drac. I'm very disappointed that I get to kill you this once. Do you realize how many ways I know how to kill you?
Dracula zoomed in to Johnny once again but this time Johnny evaded the upcoming time making Dracula smashed on the wall.
Johnny grabbed his 'Joker-styled' Grapnel Gun and fired at Dracula with the cable strapped around him.
Before Dracula could break free from Johnny's small trap, Johnny pressed a button his Grapnel Gun that sent an electrifying shock throughout the cable, therefore electrifying Dracula as well.
Dracula yelled in pain and knelt down on knees. Even though Dracula was in deep pain, he managed to pull the cable with every vampire strength he had. Johnny was also pulled by the cable and was pinned down to ground by Dracula when he broke free.
DRACULA: I'm warning you, Johnny! Stay down!
BATMAN WHO LAUGHS: HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I thought you would've learned by now!
Johnny pulled out his joy-buzzer from his sleeve and attached it around his palm. Johnny placed his joy-buzzed on Dracula's head sending him another electronically shock.
Dracula shouted in agony while Johnny kicked him away on his chest. With Johnny free and Dracula felt dizzy from the electrical shock, he threw a gas pellet on Dracula.
Dracula coughed and could not see where Johnny is within the smoke. Out of no where, Johnny snuck behind him and injected Dracula with a vampire dart on his neck.
Dracula threw Johnny from his back and removed the dart from his neck. Johnny landed on his feet laughing while Dracula was weakened a little and couldn't use his vampire powers for now.
BATMAN WHO LAUGHS: (*chuckle) Now the real fun begins! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
With Dracula being powerless, Johnny clenched his fist tightly and began beating up Dracula into a bloody pulp. Johnny brutally punched Dracula on his face, stomach, and the chest like a punching bag. At this moment, Dracula was in deep pain and weakened.
Dracula tried to laid a punch on Johnny but due to his combat skills, Johnny would dodge the attack and punch right on his back. Dracula winced in pain as he tried to attack Johnny from behind.
Johnny immediately grabbed and locked on to Dracula's arm and punched right under his armpit. After that, Johnny twisted and broke Dracula's arm and screamed in pain.
Dracula screamed in pain even louder when Johnny grabbed a Jokerang and stabbed it through his shoulder. Johnny laughed as Dracula fell to the ground as he couldn't handle the pain.
MAVIS: Dad!
Mavis cried when she saw her father in deep pain. Dracula was lying on the ground bleeding. He slowly crawled on the floor trying to reach for Mavis.
DRACULA: Ma.... Mavis....
Johnny smiled walking towards to the weakened Dracula. Johnny grabbed his butterfly knife from his pocket and spins it around.
While Dracula was crawling away, Johnny grabbed and pulled up Dracula's hair. Johnny placed his hand on Dracula's jaw and squeezed it while his other hand was holding his knife.
BATMAN WHO LAUGHS: Open wide, Drac! Let's put a smile on that face! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Dracula could only see cowl spikes that Johnny was wearing and his terrifying smile with the blood on his lips.
When Dracula was in peril, Robin finally made it to the scene and performed a glide kick at Johnny to keep him away from Dracula.
While Johnny was getting back up on his feet, Robin focused his attention on helping Dracula.
DRACULA: Robin?
ROBIN: Don't worry, buddy. I got you. Come on get up.
DRACULA: What has gotten in to Johnny?
ROBIN: He's been exposed to Joker's toxins. Johnny's not in control of his actions. It's corrupting his mind. Just keep Mavis out of harm's way. I'll handle this.
Dracula didn't want to leave the young boy alone with his crazy son-in-law but they had no time left.
Dracula limped his way to Mavis to protect her while Robin kept the battle between him and Johnny.
BATMAN WHO LAUGHS: Ah, the caged bird-boy. Always wanted to carve this little brat!
Johnny smiled in a horrifying way while holdings his knife.
