{The Next Day}
Philip Fisk sits in the main cell block, in his nice white two-piece suit that stood out from the rest of the prisoners roaming around. He is special, he gets things that he wants when he wants. That's how life is for him despite him being behind bars.
This is why he is the Kingpin.
It came as a surprise when he heard about how you revealed your identity to the public. He didn't think you'd be a fool enough to do so, and now that you did, he wanted to make sure you regretted it.
He could be still be mayor right now, doing his dealings all why under the guise of a politician. But since you and the Black Cat stopped him, the chance was ripped away from him. Now he wants to deal with you and then try and go after the second Spider-Man, Kid Arachnid.
Maybe the kid will be dumb enough to show his face too, he thought.
As Fisk is sitting, the chatter in the area ceases. It is pretty unusual, and Fisk turns around from his seat and looks at what everybody was eyeing.
He sees you, in your spider-suit standing still in the middle of the cell block. You snuck into Rykers, and there were no guards in the area because Fisk paid them off to go home for the night.
He smirks.
Kingpin: Ah, dear old friend. I didn't think you'd come and visit so soon.
You don't respond, and Fisk gets up from the table and buttons his suit as he walks over.
Kingpin: Come on, cat got your tongue? Speaking of cat, how's that bitch anyway?
You still stay silent as he continues. The inmates all watch.
Kingpin: I thought you two were a thing, that whole crusade you both went through to take me down. But then I find out you have a wife...and kids—
You: Don't talk about them.
Fisk chuckles as he grabs his walking stick from the table.
Kingpin: Struck a nerve? I thought you'd be tougher than that.
You clench your Fisk.
Kingpin: Why the mask still? I know who you are. We all do.
He continues to pace in front of you.
Kingpin: That was an amateur move, revealing yourself to the world. For the years you've been a thorn in my ass, I thought you'd be smarter.
He extends his arms, looking around at the inmates on the ground floor and up on the railings.
Kingpin: I look around this room, and I see murderers and rapists, thieves and thugs, perverts and psychotics...all men who may once have aspired to be more than these things, but have settled for the names they've been given.
Kingpin looks back at you.
Kingpin: But no matter how they may have fallen, there is one breed they look down upon...the chump.
You glare under your mask.
Kingpin: A chump is someone who believes in the greater good, who believes that good triumphs because it is good. They trust the government, trusts his fellow citizens, trusts the man behind an iron mask who tells them to show the world their true face...
Kingpin lets out a chuckle.
Kingpin: And we all have seen that face haven't we, Y/N? The face of a chump.
You stay quiet as Fisk gives his final statements.
Kingpin: Now, he will be hunted. Not just by me, but by the other people he's wronged. I know my guy wasn't able to kill you last night, but that attempt got your dear friend caught in the crossfire. Just know...that won't be the only time.
You nod slowly.
You: I came here because I wanted to send a message. Not just you...but the people who might want to hurt me or my family.
Kingpin: Message? A message that will be ignored, Mr. L/N.
He gives a nod to an inmate on the side, who pulls out a shiv and runs at you. He swipes, but you grab his arms and snap it, causing him to drop it.
You: Pick it up.
The man writhes in pain.
You: I said pick it up!
He doesn't listen, and you throw him down. The inmate crawls away as Kingpin laughs.
Kingpin: A little more brutal than I thought you'd be, I gotta say.
You quickly run at Fisk and kick him across the face. He starts to bleed from his mouth, and swings his staff at you but you grab it and break it in half. He chuckles as you throw the broken pieces aside.
Kingpin: So, what? You're going to kill me? Pretty crazy coming from Spider-Man.
You: I'm not going to kill you.
You take off your mask, then you take off your suit. You are shirtless and in sweatpants.
You weren't going to send your message as Spider-Man, but as Y/N L/N.
You: I am.
You run at him, and he throws a right hook to attack but you dodge and punch him across the face. He tries to counter back, but you evade his attacks and keep punching him. You grab his collar and throw him onto the steel table, bending it.
You stand over him as he lays on the dilapidated table.
You: You forgot something, Philip. Something you should've remembered before you attempted to kill me...
Fisk groans as he tries to get up.
You: For all your money, all your cruelty, for all your big talk...you don't have any real power. You can't fly, you can't stick to walls, you can't do anything.
You get close and kneel down next to him.
You: I've fought people more powerful than you, smarter than you. I've killed aliens, I've fought a rouge AI that almost exterminated all of life, I succeeded in taking them down.
You chuckle, then grab him by the face and put your wrist against his mouth.
You: And you? You're just a roach compared to that. I can kill you right now, shoot webbing down your esophagus and into your lungs. It won't be pleasant, I'll tell you that.
He struggles in your grasp, and you throw him back down.
You: At the end of the day, you're just a sad old man. A ballon waiting for somebody to stick a needle in...and me? I'm the needle.
Fisk bellows and springs back up. You expect that, and swiftly roundhouse him. He's heaved to a nearby pillar, and you run up and start pummeling him again. Fisk tries to fight back, but ultimately is weakened and simply becomes your punching bag.
You grab him by the collar and pin him against the column. His white suit is now torn and stained with blood. You give him a headbutt, and throw him towards the middle of the room. He lays there, still groaning.
Kingpin: I swear...I'll kill you...
You: Then get up.
He struggles to do so.
You: I said get the fuck up!
Kingpin: Go to hell..I'll get up when—
You grab him by the neck and backslap him. You slap him again and repeat the process until his face becomes more bloodied and bruised. All the inmates still watch this unfold.
You throw him back down, and Kingpin still groans in pain.
Kingpin: If you're going to kill me...just get it over with.
You: Oh, I will. I said I was going to kill you, and I am. But not today.
Kingpin looks up at you with one eye open, the other still not able to open from the beating.
You: You see, Fisk? I've done something far worse than kill you, I've beaten you.
You get on a knee and face the Kingpin.
You: And every man in the room, every murderer, rapist, thief, as you said, watched it all happen. And they will tell their pals, and those guys will tell their pals, and so on.
You continue as Kingpin spits out blood.
You: And soon enough, the whole city will know, the whole country will know, they will know that you've been beaten publicly...by me.
You chuckle.
You: And that's the worst pain you'll ever feel. Your pride, gone. Your power, gone. That's my message.
You get up and look at the rest of the inmates around the room.
You: And that goes for all of you, and your pals outside these walls. Put the word out. If any of you come near me or my family again...if anyone even touches them...or anybody else that matters to me...
The inmates listen in.
You: ...you will experience firsthand what just transpired today. You touch them, you will die. Painfully...slowly....definitely.
You look back at Fisk, who's still on the ground.
You: That goes double for you, Philip. I've already killed you, but if you try your bullshit again...I'll do it again...and then some.
THWIP!
You shoot a web towards the exit on the second floor.
You: Count on it.
You swing out of the area.

{Later}
You make it back to your apartment. You wear regular clean clothes that you had in a bag on the roof. You enter the room and see Clementine and your kids.
Ben: Hey, dad!
He runs up and gives you a hug. You kiss him on the head.
Clementine: Where were you? Is everything all right?
You nod.
You: Just had to deal with some things.
Clementine: Michonne called. Carl's going to be fine.
You let out a sigh of relief.
You: Thank God.
Clementine: I know you think this is your fault...don't put it on yourself.
You: If I didn't show my face to the world...none of this would've happened.
She pulls you in for a hug, and the two of you embrace. You lay your chin on her shoulder, thinking of what to do next.

{Early Next Morning}
Carl was fortunately going to survive, but he did lose his eye.
You spent the night thinking about everything's that has happened so far. The Accords changed your life. You remember how it was before then, before the piece of legislation. You start regretting your decision. The whole world knew who you were, and it was too late to take it back.
You are restricted to what you can do as Spider-Man.
There's supporters out there, but there's also still people out there that can try to hurt you and your loved ones.
Yes, you sent the message to Kingpin and the folks at Rykers, but how can you be sure there won't be others?
You used to believe that the Accords were a good idea, but after these last few days, you realize you were wrong.
You might not be able to change things back to how it was before, but you can show people the mistake you made. You can send a message.
Nobody hero should be forced to sign the Accords.
You left a letter to Clementine by your bedside, telling her where you were going and what you planned on doing. You tell her you'd be back soon.
You also send an email to Tony, telling him your regrets about signing the Accords. You apologize, and explain that you were going to right your wrongs.
You want to tell them both first, since the media was probably going to get word out soon about your beating of Philip Fisk at Rykers, which goes against the Accords and would lead to your arrest.
You begin to think, there is one person who understands your mission. A man who you thought you'd be opposing still. You need his help, and he needs yours.
Steve Rogers.
