Mrs. Lee made Jeno quit school and start home schooling cause she found it embarrassing for her to have her son being called a thief and being targeted at school after all that he had done.
"I still can't believe.. wow" Chenle shook his head, still surprised after hearing everything that happened to Jihae and Jaemin. "Tables have turned- Jaemin took Jeno's place" Renjun commented pointing at Jaemin who was sitting along with- Donghyuck, Chenle, Jisung, Jihae and Dahee.
"I sort of miss Jeno hyung..." Jisung said and everyone except the two younger boys shared a look before turning to face the two. "No" They all said in unison.

"I'm hom—" "Jihae! Come in" Her mother cut in, dragging the girl inside the house making her sit down on the couch. "What?" Jihae asked, looking up at her mother who was standing in front of her. "Mrs. Lee just called me and said she wants the wedding next month" She said, excitedly.
"What nonsense mom?! I'm just 18!" Jihae shook her head. "Remember dear, we need business ties with their company whether you like it or not. So after the wedding both of you can start a company together" She explained.
"Okay, but give me your decision after hearing me out" Jihae said and her mother nodded. "Remember this?" Jihae asked showing her phone screen with the anonymous message. "Yes, Mr. Kim thought it was you right? What happened to that?" She asked. "It was Jeno. Remember when you asked where my ring was?" She nodded her head, remembering as Jihae spoke.
"Jeno stole my ring and tried to frame Jaemin. After Jaemin proved himself innocent, Mrs. Lee was too embarrassed so she made Jeno quit school—" "Everyone make mistakes Jihae, you just give them another chance" She said shrugging it off as though it was nothing. "Mom! I don't like him, I can't sacrifice my future just for your business" Jihae said, standing up.
"Jihae you very well know- do not get on my bad side" Her voice turning stern. "No mom I won't listen to you and ruin my life for your business. I don't like Jeno and I won't marry him, I'm calling the wedding off!" Jihae stomped her foot, angrily. "Jihae! You don't have a say in this. Just shut up and agree for the wedding" She said, looking at her daughter, gritting her teeth.
"No mom! Did you forget everything already?! I don't want that to happen in my life!" Jihae raised her voice- nearly in tears. "Watch your words Jihae!" Her mother yelled at her and soon Jihae felt her mother's hand on her cheeks-the burning sensation she felt as it left a mark on her face.
"Do whatever you want mom. I don't want a life like yours!" Jihae said looking at her with her eyes blurry from all the tears, making up her mind before running out of the house ignoring her mother who was screaming for she to return.
She just ran, not knowing where her feet took her- she just wanted to run away from her mother, her problems and just everything. She hated being her mother's pawn.
