"Sir, I've proven myself innocent, I don't see why I've to transfer?" Jaemin questioned, looking at Mr. Kim.
"You yourself agreed you were forced transferred, did you forget about it?" Mr. Yoo raised a brow.
"Just handover the transfer letter and leave our school Na Jaemin" He said, looking away.

Mr. Kim glared at him bringing him to a stop.
"Jaemin, you know about how it all started with the news right?" He nodded in reply.
"It's against the institution rules to have a student who is accused of theft and assault. You'll have transfer Jaemin, there's no other way" Mr. Kim explained, his voice much more calm than Mr. Yoo.

"But sir I can't afford to pay the fees for another school when I just transferred here" Jaemin said, hoping he would take back the transfer.
"That's something I can't help you with Jaemin" Mr. Kim shook his head.
"We're giving you one day time. Hand over the transfer letter by the end and you can leave" Mr. Yoo added.
"Go to your class" Mr. Kim pointed at the door.
Jaemin exited the room, making his way to the classroom.

"Where were you?" Jihae asked and he just shrugged.
"We've a math assignment next week, I need your help Jaem" Jihae said.
He simply stared at her before looking front.
If only she knew tomorrow is his last day in the school...

Jihae and Dahee walked out of the classroom, making their way to the lockers.
Jihae opened her locker but someone shut it close, making her look up at the person.
Jeno.

"Jihae can we—"
"No" She interjected.
"Please Jihae—"
"I won't repeat myself" She glared at him before pushing his hand away form her locker.

"Just once Jihae, I'll never bother you again" His words brought her to a stop.
Placing her books in her locker, she turned to face him.
"What?" She asked, uninterested.
"Ji I know—"
"Jihae. Seo Jihae" She corrected him.

"I'm sorry Jihae. I know I took it too far and stole the ring I gave and framed Jaemin. But did you ever care about what I felt every time you chose him over me? When you were always with him when I was behind you? How you gave no care about my feelings??"
"I agree I made a mistake but it was too much for me to take in Jihae. I felt so angry every single time I saw you two together. I could barely sleep, it hurts Jihae- it hurt to see the girl I love chose another guy over me"

"At first I only envied Jaemin because I thought after being engaged you will spend more time with me and not him but it soon turned into hatred cause I couldn't watch you two together"
"Did it never once cross your mind that it was me who you were engaged to and not Jaemin??" He asked.
"What?" She let out- angered as she listening to his words.

"So you're telling me it's my fault that you stole the ring and framed Jaemin?!" She questioned.
"You're a reason too Jihae. If you valued my feelings and remembered that we were engaged and will soon be wedded, I don't think you would've talked to that guy in the first place. But you were too selfish. Selfish to care about only your feelings, not bothering if I felt hurt. You're so fucking selfish Jihae"
The second he completed his sentence, she didn't think twice before lifting her hand and slapping the boy.

"How could you blame me for your stupidity?? I already told you I didn't have any feelings for you yet you call me selfish? It was you who was selfish Jeno! I was fucking forced to get engaged to you, I hated it! You were too blind to see I didn't like you the way you did"

His eyes turning glassy at her words. Hearing those words come from her broke his heart.
"I hate you Jeno, I really do" Jihae walked away, leaving the boy alone, crying all alone.

"Ji you alright?" Dahee asked, concerned as she hugged the girl.
"He called me selfish telling I was the one to be blamed for everything he did—"
"Shh calm down Ji, forget about it. He's just a coward to accept the truth. He's guilt tripping you Ji, don't mind his words" She ran her hand on Jihae's back, comforting the girl.

After a few seconds, Jihae calmed down.
"How do you feel now?" Dahee asked, looking at the girl.
"Somewhat better... cause he now knows my real feelings towards him" Jihae said, blinking away her tears.

"Good. You don't have to feel guilty just because you didn't feel the same towards someone" Dahee smiled at her and she returned one.
"You and Jun always comfort me when I'm sad- thank you" Jihae said, linking her arms with Dahee.
"You're the only person both of us care about, you deserve to be loved Ji" Jihae couldn't help but smile at her friends words.

Guys don't like someone just because you're forced to.. that's a toxic relationship😞
