" hello" the embalmer greeted you as you took some eggs and bacons from the fridge he eyed you as you smiled back at him " hey can you help me cook?" you asked him he nodded as he momentarily eyed the babies on the counter, it was dangerous to leave them be like that and with an idea in his mind he turned to you " just watch the kids and I'll cook" with that you turned your eyes to the babies on the counter before nodding.

You took the time to embrace the two child which giggles when you did " who could have ever thought you could be this cute Naib" you smiled at you pepper his cheeks some kisses, Eli watch as he slowly grab your face you smiled at him knowing well that he wanted to get kiss too " okay you too" you smiled as you started peppering him kisses too Naib was not happy about it though.

Aesop took glances every now and then, he loved how caring and gentle you were with the babies he had thought that you will be such a good mother when time comes this comment was kept for himself for he had never the courage to upfront comment such thing to you. When he finishes cooking the food you carried the two child in your arms settling on the table, Aesop gently took Eli as he placed him on his lap before feeding him some carrots.

Eli was fast to throw the carrots away making Aesop worries " you don't like it?" he asked as he eyed the child in his lap you did the same to Naib but when you gave him carrot he took it and bit it hard enough before throwing it away. " they didn't like vegetables " you commented making Aesop to turn to you, you then eyed Naib as he watch you taking the carrot on your mouth you chew it as he watch you. You then gave him the carrot but this time smaller one he took it on his hand as he started chewing, Eli saw it and demanded some carrots from Aesop which he gave gratefully.

You also gave them some fruits and some hot pancakes which the two excitedly ate, after breakfast you took Naib with you as you gone to go somewhere which is likely the library since it was your favorite place in the manor. When you reached the Library you slowly made way down the aisle with children's books one with colorful pictures and no words.

When you found one you took it with you before taking something that pique your interest, when you are settle down you placed the book on the sofa as you placed Naibs book with him " here you can enjoy colorful pictures right?" Naib only look at you as he looks at the book before turning back to you he tap the book with glee as you started reading your book.

The moment you started reading Naib seems to be very bored, he didn't like the colorful pictures like you thought he would and so he just sat there watching you saw you flip pages to pages while reading. You are too engulf in your reading that you failed to noticed when he tried to reach the table your hand was resting and just like that he slowly fell down.

" careful" you heard as you saw the ripper holding the baby from his hoodie, with shocked eyes you carefully hold Naib " OMG I am so sorry" the child started to cry and wail not liking how he felt like he was falling earlier. You gently took him on your arms are you rack him back and forth trying to calm him but this method didn't work as he just cried.

" let me help" with that you eyed Jack who has his hands opened for you, you gentle placed Naib on his arms as he started humming his song and like magi Naib slowly stop his crying as he eyed the ripper with curiosity. When Naib was done with his crying the ripper returned him to you as he took the chair beside you. " so what happened?" he asked as he eyed the child in your arms.

" Ms. Nightangle potion works like magic and so few of the survivors turned like this" you eyed Naib who took hold of your hair as he suck thumb, you giggle looking at him before landing as kiss on his forehead. " I see do you mind if I stay here?" the Ripper asked, Library was one of the common room where hunters and survivors can talk and in this room you were not enemy but more like friends " sure" he took the book on the table as he started reading.

It wasn't long when you felt Naib getting sleepy and with that you lay on the sofa as you placed him on top of you, Ripper continue to read his book as you slowly faded to dream world you were also sure that not so long you heard the ripper humming his favorite music as you and Naib sleep.

When you opened your eyes it was already afternoon, you notice a soft blanket covering you two as you slowly eyed the place not seeing the ripper anywhere you gently sat down before noticing a note on the table. " hello my dear I sadly needed to go thank you so much for letting me spend some time with you until another time then" the ripper wrote in cursive elaborated letters.

Not long Naib started to wake up and with his tummy empty he eyed you as he spoke words " mama food?" hearing his terms you flush read " I am not your mom" you said but he didn't listen " food" he repeated upon realizing he was hungry you took the time to stand up cradling him in your arms before going to the kitchen to get something to eat.

When you reached the kitchen place you noticed that Emily was there the loud giggling and laughing was clear enough to make you realized that Baby Ema must have had some good time, when you entered the place Emily was fast to call you " y/n hello did baby Naib needed something to eat too? She called out which made you nod.

" don't worry I am making cookies for them" with that you sat on the table as you eyed Baby Ema on the table the vibrant color of her hair is cute as she smiled at you " you are so adorable Ema" with that you pat her head, Baby Naib is not liking it though and with some moment Naib pulled your hair making your confuse all the while " what?" you called out, Emily came back with cookies on the tray.

" here they are have some y/n" she smiled as you took few before breaking it and giving the half to Naib, he took it as he munch it with delight he smiled and giggled when he tasted the sweet and chocolatey flavored of the food. You took your handkerchief out as you wipe his face, he surely enjoyed eating and his face shows it well.

" so any news about how they can return back?" you asked Emily she nodded as she spoke to you " Well they say that we need to bring them to the illusion hall later so Ms. Nightingale can return them back" she said as you eyed Naib " I will surely miss this little baby" you smiled at him before showering him with kisses.

" who knows when you two ended up together you can have such cute and adorable baby like this one" she poke Naibs cheeks making him giggled, you flush at the comment it was true you are in love with the mercenary and thinking that you and him can make such adorable baby made your heart flutter. " stop it" you smiled at her and you two continue to enjoy the treat.

Not long M.s nightingale asked you to bring the children in the Illusion hall and with that she use one of her magic potion to return them back. Before doing so you made sure to pepper baby Naib kisses it will take you long while to have kiss him again since he was a tsun.

When the kids returned back to their original body they cannot remember what happened but you are sure that you will never forget how adorable Naib was when he was still a baby " can't wait to have baby like that" you smiled as you saw Naib walking your way you flush as you tried to play it off. " hey do you like to umm.. eat later?" he asked you as you nodded " sure, just the two of us?? Like humans? Or friends?" you asked him, the blush on his cheeks was easy to read.

" just the two of us" he added as you stared at him " guess I won't need to wait long" you spoke taking him of guard " wait for what?" he asked as you walked away " see yeah later" and with that you hurried your way back to your room to get the best dress you have.
