Your walked towards his room was longer than you expected you cannot pin point the reason but it feels like every steps you take were like eternity to this walk. When you finally reached his door you stood there for good 30 seconds before knocking on the door.

When you didn't hear any response you knock again " Aesop are you there?" you asked hoping for him to open the door for you " hey?" you called out again, but with no response you decided to turn the handle and open the door to your shock the door was not locked. You slowly made way inside the room only to see it to be cleaned and neat, you momentarily study the whole room it was really organized and well prepared, your eyes landed on the curtain divider placed in the middle of the room. Your heart slowly beats fast as you approach the snowy white curtain, when you slowly swave it to the side you were greeted by a solid black coffin, the coffin has gold lining design in it carved with roses details.

Truly a magnificent piece of art, you slowly approach the coffin and slowly growing curious you put your hand on the lid of the solid box. When you slowly push the lid, the door slowly opened revealing Aesop on the door you were shocked to see him there you abruptly stood up " hey" you speak to him, he only nodded as he placed the glass of water in the bed side counter.

Ae: what brings you here y/n?" he asked you as he kept his eyes on your smaller form, he just stood there waiting for you to reply. With a huff you stood up as you face him fully

y/n: Norton noticed that you are not in lunch so he asked me to check on you" your face flush pink for being caught roaming around his room, he only nodded as he slowly walked to the bed side taking a box of pills and popping one medicine into his mouth. You just watch him confuse " I don't feel like eating, so I decided to just sleep" he answered, you nodded at his response he slowly made his way towards you.

Your heart started beating hard as you look at him taking few and small steps towards you, not long he was already in front of you he just stood there staring at your face. You are sure your face is not beat red but you didn't want to speak anything to him yet " do you want to watch me sleep y/n?" with a confused tone you stutter a short " eh?"

Ae: I mean if you are to concern about me then you can watch me sleep" with that your head started running things that you never thought off, you are sure that Aesop was weird but this kind of weirdness is something new. " I find it peaceful to sleep at the afternoon" he smiled at you which made you stay in your position.

y/n: I don't mind I think" you add as you slowly watch him walked passed you " where you going?" you added, he looked at you and nodded

ae: I thought I told you I will be sleeping" he added but before you can utter a response he opened the lid of the coffin which exposed the bright colors of yellow roses and the fragrance you had never smelled before. You stood there at awe as he slowly made himself comfy inside the coffin " y/n? do you know the story of sleeping beauty?" you nodded as you slowly made your made towards the coffin.

He lays there perfectly it was like the coffin was made just for him, the yellow roses which you assume from Ema brings so much feelings in the coffin and seeing him there makes your heart throb fast. " yeah " you answered him he nodded as he slowly placed his hand on top of his chest as he slowly made himself comfy. " can you please tell me that story" you didn't mind at all, you loved reading and since sleeping beauty is one of your all-time favorite story you know how to retell the whole story.

Aesop didn't event opened his eyes when you slowly made your way in the side of the coffin; it was a conformable sitting position as you started telling the story to him. He kept quite as you speak words and tones to him, it was like you were telling a story to a dead person, the story continue to flow as you delicately run your fingers on one of the roses near his face, you also cannot help but study the feature he has.

You wonder why he had so thick lashes, his skins shines like porcelain and his face looks so smooth, you continue to stare at him and wonder this person is such a wonderful piece. Not long you are already in the end of the story " and the prince gave her one last kiss" you pause as you stared at him, his breathing was slow as his face shows comfort. You slowly lean on his face " Aesop?" you called him softly " Aesop? Can I kiss you?" you asked the sleeping man, you stayed there for few more second as you wait for him to reply, but he didn't you swiftly run your finger on his cheeks gracing the petals near his closed eyes " and with that kiss the curse was broken" you lean down to kiss him, the kiss was gentle and innocent you slowly pull away from him.

Few more seconds you stared at him and with that his eyes slowly opened your face bloom pink as you realized what you've done you stood and run away from the scene. He slowly lift one of his arms as he touch the mask you had kiss " soft" he spoke as he slowly drift to sleep again " I will have to get her back for it" with that he smiled thinking how to find you later.

You found your way back to your room as you scream in agony how embarrass you were because of what you've done " damn it" you recalled as you played the scene in your head, it was like a fairy tale scene, when the prince kissed the princess she woke up just like how you kissed Aesop.

You slowly touch your lips blushing " gosh I am so stupid" you mumble as you flush pink once again launching yourself in the bed you decided to skip dinner.
