He run around the halls passing all different doors, trying to find any sign of his feathery trained owl, you on the other was already on your way towards you room upon seeing the familiar door you beamed, the owl was still sitting contentedly on your shoulder. When you open the entrance the feathery bird flew inside settling himself down the table where few of your comfortable clothing were placed, as you saw him make himself comfy and welcome you giggled as you close the door behind you. Making your way towards the table set you pet the owl on the head as it gives you this cute hoot in response.

y/n: so what do you want to do?" you asked the owl mentally slapping yourself in the procedure, the owl only tilt its head cutely as it settles down on the clots you had on the table " hmmm guess you want to watch me work?" with that you grabbed the sit as you slowly open your book to write few reviews about your matches.

You leisurely flop one of your books as you start scribbling on the paper, the owl only watch you in silence as he seems to enjoy watching your pen dance to the paper folds. You didn't mind the presence of the owl; he/she actually gives you a much comfortable moment when you turn to look at him from time to time. Minutes pass and the silent comfort continue but when you flip on to the next page, the owls eyes glitters in excitement it abruptly stood from its position as it jump its way towards your notebook. Curious and confuse you eyed the feathery animal as it continue to jump to your open note book, observing what it will do next you smiled at it.

The owl suddenly stop in one of the specific word on your book, you lean down to look at it clearer your eyes widen when you read the word he was stepping It was like he was really showing the term to you. Under his claws was the word " Love" you look at him confused as it look at you with hopeful eyes, you tilted your head on the side as it copy your behavior. Not understanding the term you pat his head as you look at the word again, somehow behind the back of your mind you wonder how such bird was so smart. Does it know the term he was pointing and if yes? Who love who? You ponder on these uncommon questions as you observed the word printed on your notebook.

Then there was a knock on the door, you turned to look at who it was as you leisurely made you way towards the door opening the door you were greeted by the all so cheerful Ema. She smiled at you as she handed you flowers which she pick freshly from the garden she taking care of.

Ema: these roses just blossomed today and I just though you will love them" she said as you beamed nodding in agreement as you take the buds in your hand "also I think Eli is acting weird" with the mention of his owners name the owl flew towards you as it landed on your shoulder shocking the poor Ema in the process. " hey" she said

y/n: what do you mean weird?" you asked her confirming what she was trying to say, Ema moderately rub her arms as she chuckled at you

Ema: he has been running the entire manor trying to find something and I guess I know now what he was trying to find" she looked at the fowl who was sitting on your shoulder " Eli must have hard time finding you" she pet the owl, who hoot every time she mentioned the name of his/her master. " welp you better return this pet to him or else he might not be able to stay at put" with that Ema beamed at you once last time before turning away walking to somewhere.

y/n: so??? You run away from Eli?" you asked the bird who Hoot in response like it actually understand you, you giggled at it before turning back inside to put the flowers on the base. " so Eli?" the owl hoot again, as it landed on your notebook pointing at the term once again " ohh? So you mean?? Eli?" the bird hoot again "Love?" it hoot once more " who?" you looked at it confuse and weary about how it was acting weird, the bird only flew towards you as it peck your head " ouch that hurts why would you peck me" you rub your head as you eyed the owl. With sudden realization your eyes widen " Eli? Love? Me?" you stared at the owl and it stared back, the bird only hoot hoot many times with glee it jump up and down as it gently nuzzle your face. Your face blossomed pink as you realized this new found information, a part of you won't want to believe it because you don't quite trust that an animal would understand such words. But part of you wanted to believe that maybe this bird is highly intelligent enough to tell you how his/her master feels

y/n: should we find your master then?" you asked the bird who only nodded in agreement, you were too dazed to realized that it actually did nodded at you. You took the bird with you as you roam the mansion trying to the specific seer, The stroll in the manor is lengthier when you had no idea where to go, you passed by the living room checking if they know where the Seer is. Norton seeing you first waved at you as he walked towards to greet you, you waited for him to reach you as you spoke few words.

Nort: heyyyy " he said as you nodded in response " what's bring you here y/n?" he asked you, noticing the bird on your shoulder in instant but he decided to let it pass " I haven't seen you since this morning" he added, you sigh as you turned to look at him

y/n: was too busy with stuff in my room, also have you seen Eli?" you question his eyes focus on as he look back at his friends who was Martha and Naib on the living room, they all shook in disagreement

Norton: I haven't seen him this whole day yet " he said as Naib added " he was running in the garden earlier" as he didn't spare you a glance, Norton look at you with a smile " you should check Ema" with that you bow to him one last time as you walked out your way.

Walking towards the Garden you noticed Emily who was walking with Aesop, when they saw you Emily smiled to you as Aesop just gave you an knowing nod " hey" you peak at them, Emily nodded as she realized that Eli's owl was sitting on your shoulder . Aesop came in after so when he saw the bird he looks at you and nodded.

Emi: you seem tired" she said as she put one of her hand on your shoulder, you shook your head In disapproval " so whats up?" she asked you this time you opened your mouth to speak

y/n: have you seen Eli? Been looking for him all the while, I need to return his owl" you momentarily turned to your side to pet the owl on your shoulder. " this cutie run away from him I guess" you added, Aesop only watch from the side as he look at you, your appearance and your aura gives him off such solitude and peace.

Emi: haven't seen him all the white, how about you Aesop?" she asked the guy standing beside her , who only nodded

Aesop: I saw him in the garden but I am not sure if he was still there until now" he added which you sign "you should check there and if not go to the library" he added with that you waved at them and started walking to the garden hoping to see the seer.

You were about to take a sharp turn into the corner when you bump into someone, taking by force you landed on your butt and the next thing you heard was a groan from the person you just bump. " I am sorry" the person said, upon opening your eyes you saw the familiar seer who was rubbing his head from the impact. A relief washes out your body for seeing him there, you also noticed that the bird was no longer on your shoulder but was still beside you.

Eli: omg y/n are you alright I am so sorry" he said as he stood up helping you in the process " I was too busy that I didn't see you there" he added, when he already help you up fully to stand , he saw that the pet he was looking for was now again sitting on your shoulder contentedly. "there you are" he said as the bird only eye him from your shoulder, Eli was confused as to why his owl won't come back to him.

y/n: hehehe sorry, he/she was with me the whole morning I hope you didn't mind. Also I didn't know he run away" you said, Eli only look at you with flush cheek, the eyes that you never had seen was cast down looking at the ground, you smirk as you decided to tease the poor guy " you know some owl told me that you like me" you said as you pat the owl on your shoulder, taking Eli by surprise you saw the flush pink turned to full bloom red, his neck was now red and you can feel he was tense.

Eli: I.I... I was about to " he covered his face with his hand, you find this cute as you observed him.

y/n: don't worry I told the owl I like his owner too" you smiled taking one of Eli's hand as your other hand landed gently on his check, he flinch but soon relax when he realized what you've done. " in all honesty I was actually in love with his owner" with that Eli's face bloomed red once again.

Eli: ughh" with that the two of you stand there with comfortable giggles and smiles " I like you a lot" he said and you nodded " I know" I like you too" with that the owl flew on top of you as it makes a joyous hoot sound.
