Felix

Synopsis: He thinks being an idol is keeping him away from you for too long, and decides it would be best if you broke up. He planned to spill the news to you when you came over to the dorms to visit.

You thanked the cashier as he handed you several bags of takeout. You were on your way to see your boyfriend Felix and his group members at the dorms. You hadn't seen each other in a while so you scheduled today to hang out, not to mention you were nice enough to bring food for everyone. With everything in hand you made your way to said location.

You didn't even have to knock on the door when you arrived, it was already ready and waiting for you, but you were also expecting to see Felix right away. When you stepped inside Jeongin was the first person to greet you, and he squished both you and the food into a hug before helping you carry it to the kitchen. Eventually everyone else BUT the person you were looking for made their way into the kitchen to help themselves to the food. In fact you yourself had just finished making a plate while you caught up with the members.

"Where's Felix?"

You asked Chan and he shrugged while taking a bite of his food, you nod doing the same to yours.

"He was just around here somewhere pacing back and forth"

Minho said, and Han slapped his back as if he wasn't supposed to say that.

~Before you arrived~

Jisung walked into the living room to see Felix pacing back and forth while murmuring to himself, Minho was walking by and stopped to hear their conversation.

"You good?"

He asked, causing Felix to stop pacing.

"I have to do it, it's the right thing to do"

He exhaled as if the weight of the world was on his shoulders.

"Dude, calm down and explain"

He sighed.

"It's Y/n, I can't be there for her as much as I used to with everything we have going on, and I just feel like I can't support her anymore"

Han raises an eyebrow in confusion.

"That doesn't matter, Y/n loves you and we all know how much you love her back"

"I don't know, I just think she should be with someone who has time for her"

"Look Felix, she understands, trust me. Breaking up is gonna do nothing but hurt both of you"

Jisung says patting his back before waking away

"So do you or do you not know where he is?"

You question and they all shrug. Unsatisfied with their answers, you decide to go look for him yourself, quickly saying you'll be back before going to his room.

"Felix?"

You knock on the door. You hear some shuffling before he opens it, not greeting you enthusiastically the way he usually would. You walk in anyways and flop onto his bed, waiting for him to say something...anything.

"Y'know it's pretty rude to ignore your gi-"

"We should break up"

Felix cut you off bluntly, his deep voice held no emotion. Your eyes widened in shock, but then you caught on.

"This is a prank isn't it! Where's the hidden camera?"

"No, Y/n, it's not...I don't think we should be together anymore"

He said, still serious as ever. Your smile dropped immediately and replaced with a hurt expression.

"Wait really? Did I do something?"

He shook his head no and walked over, finally making eye contact with you as he took your hands.

"You were perfect, you are perfect, I just...we can't be together anymore"

He said, going to pull his hands away, but you kept them intertwined.

"But why? I must have done something for you to break up with me for no reason"

He shakes his head no.

"It's just better this way"

"For who?"

"Both of us"

"Really? Because it isn't for me"

You snap, standing up to walk away.

"You promised you wouldn't hurt me y'know...guess that was a lie"

You say quietly, your back facing him so he wouldn't see you cry. You couldn't hold your tears back as you walked out of his room, leaving the couples ring he had given you for your one year anniversary behind. Felix was your first love, first kiss, everything, and him doing this to you really broke your heart. You rushed downstairs to grab your stuff and leave, forgetting that the rest of Stray Kids was still in the kitchen.

"Y/n, what's wrong?"

Chan asked, noticing your tear stained face immediately. You just shook your head and grabbed your bag before running out, not in the frame of mind to explain anything. Jisung and Minho exchanged a look, already knowing what had taken place.

"Why was noona crying?"

Jeongin asked, being the worried maknae that he was.

Jisung and Minho exchanged looks again.

"Do you two know something?"

Hyunjin questioned, noticing said exchange.

"Felix broke up with her"

Jisung said. Everyone's reaction was the same. Shock and surprise. They all knew how much he loved and cherished you, so it seemed really out of character for him to do that. They all went upstairs to check on him, only to see Felix in tears as well, immediately regretting what he did.

It had been been months without Felix and you were doing fine at best. You tried not to let it affect you too much, but it was hard not to think about him all the time. Just because of that, you pretty much stopped hanging out with the rest of the members. It took a lot to put it past you and move on with your life, so today you were going to the mall with your friends to hang out like old times. Just as you were finishing getting ready, the doorbell rang. You rushed downstairs to open it, seeing the familiar faces.

"Y/n!"

Changbin was the first to hug you, wrapping his arms around your waist and letting yours rest around his neck. This was definitely more than a friendly hug.

"Eh em"

Yerin cleared her throat from behind you, and the two of you pulled away slowly. It had been a long time since someone made your heart flutter, and you didn't know how to hide your blush. You greeted the rest of your friends and all of you set off to the cafe.

For the first time in a while you were actually excited about enjoying yourself.

Should I continue this? I know the ending kinda sucked but idk where to go with this
