Nina decided to go ahead to the throne room with Loki. He made the cuffs reappear around his hands and walked Nina to Odin's favourite room.

Sif was waiting for them in front of the doors, along with two guards who immediatly grabbed Loki's arms when they saw him.

"What the hell," Nina said when the guards jumped him.

"I imagine Thor told his father that it was I who ran, and you chased me," Loki said with a smirk on his face. Sif nodded.

"What? No!" Nina hissed. "I'm not letting you take the blame for me," she told Loki.

"He already hates me, and I am probably going to get thrown in the dungeons for life," Loki told her. "Just go."  Sif nodded at her and the doors were opened.

As the doors let Nina see the inside of the room, her body went cold.

There he was: Odin.

Odin had long been resented by Nina, and she absolutely hated being in the same room as him. At least they weren't completely alone.

In the room were Thor, sitting on a smaller throne by Odin's side, and a woman. Since she was also sitting by Odin's side, Nina guessed she could only be Frigga, Queen of Asgard.

There were no other places for anyone to sit, so Nina stood alongside Sif, about twenty feet from the thrones. Loki was walked through the room and had to stand beside the two.

That was it. No one else.

There were six people in the room, and by the looks of it, no one else was getting in.

"Tell me Loki," Odin's voice boomed throughout the room. "Why are you late?"

"I got lost," Loki said sarcastically. It was clear for everyone present that Loki hated Odin.

"Do you really think it's time for jokes?" Odin asked. It was weird. Odin didnt seem mad at Loki, he just seemed.. disappointed. It was like Odin was still acting like a father even though Loki wasn't an child anymore. "Haven't I thought you there is a time for serious business?"

"You're not my father," Loki reminded him.

"I know," Odin said, his face and voice sad. Nina felt bad for Odin, and hated herself for doing so. She couldn't be sympathizing with the enemy.

"What have you done, son," Frigga joined in after a moment of silence. There was pain in her voice, and Nina could hear it even if it wasn't that obvious. Also, for some reason, Loki didnt seem to mind Frigga calling him her son, unlike when Odin did it.

Loki didn't answer. It was almost like he knew he had disappointed his mother too much, and was afraid to do it again. Nina believed him when he said he hated Odin, but he still loved Frigga, that's for sure.

The meeting went on as Thor started to explain the situation to his parents. Nina sort of dozed off watching Loki's face and reactions to Thor exaggerating approximately every detail about what actually happened. Nina noticed, though, that Loki kept picking on his palm with his other hand, like scratching it.

"So," Odin said, making Nina come back to reality. "This will go nowhere. We know what happened, as as the law says, a trial that lasts less than a day will be postponed for seven other days. Thor, Sif, if you would please escort Loki to his chambers," Odin asked. Although, it didnt sound like a question, it sounded like an order.

Then Nina realised that her name had not been mentioned.
