As half of the Hydra agents marched towards Nat and Sam, firing their machine guns at them, another half was after Nina, along with the Soldier. She had no way out. There was a bunch of agents firing at her and there was only one car where she could hide. They were about to get her. They would get her again, and take control of get mind. Again.

Luckily enough, Nat saw the position she was in. She stood up from her hiding place and started shooting, one bullet hitting the Soldier's metal arm. He immediately turned around and went after her. He threw a grenade at her, making her fly off the bridge too. She did not have super strength, but she did have her grappling hook. She swung from the bridge and began to run.

A few seconds later, she had hit the Soldier in the face. It had broken his glasses. He smoothly took them off and went back to shooting her. Nat ran and hid behind the bus that had crashed down once Steve fell in it.

"Она у меня," the Soldier told his men. "Найди его," he said as he jumped off the bridge and fell on top of an abandoned car.

All of the Hydra agents hooked their ropes to a car and they jumped down to the ground, leaving Sam and Nina alone on the bridge. Or so they thought. Sam managed to disarm an agent with his knife, throwing him off the bridge. He took the man's gun in his hands.

Nina took her own pistol in her hands and looked over the edge with Sam, shooting down agents that were trying to kill Steve. Once they were all on the ground, Sam kept shooting a man with a machine gun down the street behind a car. Steve looked up at him.

"Go!" He said to both Steve and Nina. "I got this!" Nina nodded and used one of the agent's ropes to jump off the bridge too.

Once down on the ground, she spotted Steve running after the Winter Soldier, and started to run towards them.

That was, of course, until she spotted another man. One she knew way too well.

Chester Kellner.

The scientist that used to control her back in the 80's.

He was very old, now. Nina wondered why he was on the field, but she would always recognize him, no matter how grey he was. She stopped running and pointed her gun at him. She found herself simply watching as he walked towards her.

When he was about ten feet away, she took off the security from her gun, making him halt.

"Hello, soldier," he said, sending a shiver down her spine. Nina shot a warning shot next to his foot, wanting him to step back. The man only laughed. "Oh,  Генезис, that's not intimidating." He said.

Генезис.

Genesis.

That was the word they used to shut her down, get her under control when she was erratic. Bucky also had a word; спутник, meaning satellite. They had placed this in their heads as soon as they had gotten them in their custody in the '50s.

It wasn't as strong as the ten words they had to turn then into emotionless monsters, but it would definetly get their attention.

Nina's mind went blank as she slowly lowered her weapon. Her eyes were going back and forth, but never focussing on anything. She couldn't control her body, not that she wanted to; she didn't quite know what was going on.

"We have been looking for you, Генезис," he said. That word again. Nina couldn't resist that word. "And when we found out you were working for SHIELD," he scoffed lightly. "By the sides of out two next targets... I begged then to bring you back." Nina could hear and understand perfectly what he was saying. He wanted her back. He wanted her as their puppet, just like Bucky was. By then, she was coming by her senses, blinking a few times. But of course, it wouldn't last long. "I begged them, Генезис, and guess what, they sent me out in the field to get you back."
