Nina woke up to the sight of Natasha's crismon red hair dangling in front of her face. She could hear voices, but they were almost foggy, like they were muffled.

She had absolutely no idea of where she was. She didn't even know when it was, which was a problem. She was just... disorientated.

"Nina," she was finally able to hear Natasha's voice. It was very far away, but it was clear, now. "Nina, hey, look at me." She did as she was told and darted her eyes up to meet Nat's.

"Tasha," she managed to let out, her voice coarse. She mustn't have used her voice for a long time, her throat hurt, burned. She went to grab her store throat with her hand, but finally realised she was tied to a chair.

Nina looked around, hearing her heartbeat fasten in her chest. Why was she tied up? She tried to pull her hands free, but not only was she too weak, but the restraints were metal, and it was highly improbable for her to break them.

"Anya, calm down," Natasha tried. "I'll get you out." She took a step back and touched the com in her ear. "Guys, I just found Nina, here."

There was a pause.

"Alright, coming."

Natasha walked back to Nina, and around the chair. Unfourtunetly, Natasha knew very well what chair this was. She pulled the head piece away from Nina's face and pressed the button she knew would set her friend free.

"Come on," Natasha said, passing a hand beneath Nina's arms to hold her up.

As she walked outside supporting Nina, she heard Stark say he had finally gotten Loki's scepter, and they were good to go. Cap said he was coming back, and Thor was carrying Clint, which had been hit. Bruce was already in the jet.

Natasha held Nina closer to her when she noticed how cold the girl was. Nina was only wearing leggings and a tank top. Seeing as there was snow everywhere, her lips were now blue from the cold and she was trembling. The weather was way below zero, that's for sure.

As they neared the jet, Nina became heavier and heavier in Natasha's arms, and she realised that the woman was falling into unconsciousness once more. It got to a point where she couldn't hold her up anymore.

"Guys, can someone help me out, here?" Nat asked through the com.

"Where are you?" Steve asked.

She looked into the small GPS included in the left wrist of her suit.

"Five hundred meters north from the jet. I can't carry her," she informed as Nina's knees gave away and the two of them fell to the ground.

In less than a minute, Steve was by their side. Once he saw the state Nina was in, he frowned and his face contorted in disgust. He immediately dropped by her side.

"Oh, my God, what have they done to you?" He whispered softly, taking Nina in his arms.

The two ran back to the jet, Steve holding very tightly onto Nina. He couldn't lose her again, he wasn't going to.
