Clintasha AU One Shot: During Natasha's first 3 months of being a SHIELD agent she attends a SHIELD dinner and dance event. Not knowing anyone and feeling extremely out of place the Ex Russian Assassin debates leaving when she runs into someone who would continue to change her life.

She thought that this was gonna be like any other mission; capture the bad guy, and maybe torture, then throw them in a prison cell to rot. It was all going great until Asta was the one captured. She's forced to deal with feelings and actions that she's disconnected herself from for so long. Ray must consider the repercussions should she give in to her humanity and fail the mission.
