"What do you think about this bedding babe?" I asked August as we shopped.
"Dat looks good to me. Get whateva you want though"
"It's our space babe. I want us to both love it"
He nodded his head really looking at it before responding.
"Get dat one"
I nodded my head putting in the basket full of other necessities. We were trying to start buying things for our apartment but we had to split it up of course.
We had money saved but decorating took time and I wanted it to be perfect. As we kept walking through the isles I looked at different things while August walked right behind me holding onto my waist.
"Stoooop Babe"
"Stop babe" he said mimicking me.
After hours of him picking with me and shopping we were finally done and headed towards the apartment.
"Hey sis" I said as we walked in the front door.
"Hey. Y'all find some stuff?"
"Yeah we found some cool things for our room. You almost done decorating?"
"I've got the basics done. You called dad yet today?"
"Yeah I called this morning."
After everything that had happened, Maria calling him dad wasn't weird to us. He quickly took the role of her father realizing she never really felt that. I was proud of their relationship and prayed they never lost it.
I hummed as I started cleaning some boxes and random things up while Maria took a nap and August chilled in the bedroom.
After a while I decided to take a break and take a shower to relax. I walked past August towards the bathroom and undressed as the water heated up.

Of course after I undressed I realized I forgot the conditioner we bought in the kitchen. I graoned slightly before wrapping a towel around my body and went to grab the conditioner.
"What you forget?" August asked as I entered the room.
"The conditioner we got earlier"
"I'a get it" he said getting out of the bed.
I walked back in the bathroom and decided to go ahead and get in. I heard the door open and close then seconds later August got in with me.
"And what do you think you're doing?" I asked.
"Girl you think you can walk in the bedroom like dat and not expect me to come in hea' witchu? You trippin" he said causing me to laugh loudly.
"You're goofy" I replied making him shrug.
He grabbed the towel and wet it then covered it with soap to wash my body off.
"You look too damn good" he said into my ear causing me to lean my head back on his chest. He bent down and kissed my neck slowly as he rubbed down my legs with the towel.
Over this long summer, I'd have to say our sex life was nonexistent. He was very understanding and never pushed me to do anything I didn't want which I appreciated.
I went a while where I just didn't want to do anything. But now.... I wanted it all.
"Let's get out" I said against his lips and stopped the shower. We grabbed our towels and made sure to lock our door before getting right to it.
I laid flat on the bed as he kissed from my lips down to my stomach. He lightly spread my legs before placing loving kisses on my thighs resting me. He put my legs on his shoulders and focused on what he was doing.
He placed a kiss on it before diving in and eating it as if he was starving. I tried to suppress my moans but it became harder as I reached my peak faster than expected.
He leaned up with a smirk making me laugh lightly at his cocky nature. He kissed me allowing me to taste myself before slipping into me shocking me.
It took a minute to get used to his large size but once I did there was nothing but pleasure. It was as if I felt him in my stomach as my mouth stayed open but nothing could come out.
As he drilled into me I wondered why I stopped myself from his loving for so long.
I knew he missed it from the way he was going so I tightened myself around him making him pause as he groaned.
"Don't do dat shit" he said going harder causing me to take all of him.
I couldn't help but moan as we both reached our climax together.
As we laid there coming down from our high I couldn't help but smile. My man was more than fine and I was honestly blessed.
"What you smiling bout" he asked.

"Awe" he smirked. "It was good huh?"
I laughed before nodding. Of course this meant we needed another shower but I didn't mind. Feeling so close to August made me the happiest girl it felt like.
I loved him with everything and this new step in our lives just inspired me to keep growing everyday.
