Case Three: Love Knows No Boundary (part 2)

"So, he is the Chinese officer?" asks Jongdae to Sooyoung. Their attention is onto a man who seems to talk seriously with Captain Kwon. There is another man, and he seems to be the negotiator. "I think he is."

"Where is the rest of them, though? I remember that Captain Kwon said there would be about four people came aboard."

"Hey," Sehun comes into the scene, "do you know how to cook ramyeon ttang? Yerim said that I was wrong on cooking it."

"Detective Oh, how old are you?" Minho asks. "Thirty three years old."

"Then you are a dumb one who doesn't know how to cook ramyeon ttang even though you are already at that age," Jongdae replies and Sehun hits his head with his 'Art of Cooking' book. "Try living with a woman and you can judge me all the time, Kim Jongdae."

Sooyoung has to hold her laugh because of that childish bickering. More she gets involved, more she figures out that Sehun isn't that cold, but yeah, he is much less-talkative than those other two. "Look! They come out!" They jump from their desks (they are sitting on it, three of them except Sehun) and try to look professional. Two men are following Captain Kwon.

"People, attention here," she begins, "he is Captain Zhou Mi. He is the leader of the Chinese team," the tall man bows politely and they return his bow, "and this is Officer Cho Kyuhyun. He is my translator to talk to Captain Zhou regarding the case." The other man waves to them, "and I am actually relative of Officer Cho Seho that is so well-known here, so nice to meet all of you, especially Detective Park." People want to laugh but Sooyoung just akwardly smiles.

Captain Zhou then talks in Chinese.

"Oh," Officer Cho responds, "he said he was so happy to finally meet you all. He has heard your recent accomplishment on capturing Prosecutor Im and stopped one branch of minor prostitution. He hoped his team and himself could learn many things from this joint operation."

The team bows again to him and says 'xie xie ni' as it is one of the Chinese things they know. Captain Zhou then talks in Chinese again and he points to a side door. He then leaves them. "He said he would introduce the rest of the team."

"Oh...." The team then waits for the other squad to show out, and they do it eventually. There are two other men coming into the scene with Captain Zhou. They all really look like they are children; they look so soft and nice ones.

"Please introduce yourself," Officer Cho says. One of them bows, "I can speak Korean, although it is still a bit rusty. My name is Lu Han and I am Senior Detective in Homicide Division. This one is my partner; his name is Zhang Yixing and he is my junior too. We know and understand Korean because we have learnt the language one year ago in exchanging program. It is so nice to meet all of you; my Korean friends and fellow officers have told about your recent achievement. Such a brave move from all of you."

"Whoa," Jongdae whispers, "is he lying? He sounds so perfect."

"I am Zhang Yixing, nice to meet you all," the man smiles, bows and smiles again.

"These two detectives will replace both Detective Kim and Detective Choi in this recent investigation as you two are still in suspension." Both of them look really devastated. "I will give the lead baton to Detective Oh; let him divided the team. The other one from Chinese squad is a medical examiner. I think she has already been in the morgue, hasn't she?" She asks Captain Zhou but her tone indicates she aske Officer Cho to translate it. After talking a bit in Chinese, Officer Cho nods, "she's already at the morgue, ready to examine our male victim."

"Alright, guys, let's solve this case!"
