Luke's with me today too. Just like everyday in the past week. He's slowly trying to convince me to talk to ash. I'm still refusing though. Anyway, me and Luke are walking down a street in the middle of London, people are everywhere. But he's from Sydney, that's a huge city too, so he's used. I've promised to show him the town, and we're taking one part each day. Yesterday, we took one of the big red busses - tourists, but he insisted - to Hyde Park. We spent hours there, I mean, it's huge. Today we're just planning on walking around a bit. Looking at stuff we just pass by.

"I love London" Luke mumbles besides me. I turn my eyes to look at him,

"Yeah?" I say. He nods. "Why though?"

"I don't know.. Do I need to have a reason?"

"Yes" I giggle, and Luke smiles.

"Well I've gain a new friend with the funniest accent ever, that's one thing I like about London" he looks at me with another smirk.

"What friend?" I ask. Dumb question probably, because Luke starts to laugh.

"You, Destiny. You're my new friend" he chuckles, carefully poking me in the side.

"Oh" I mumble, trying hard not to blush. "Well the only good thing with knowing Ashton is that I got a new friend too then"

Luke puts one of his hands in his back pocket of his jeans. He's wearing the black skinny ones he had the first time I saw him. He's not wearing flipflop today, but some black, low shoes. His white tee have a big and yellow smiley in the middle. Did I mention how handsome he looks in those sunglasses.. I bite my lip. Stop it, Destiny!

"You seriously need to talk to ash" Luke comments after a few minutes of silene. "I've spend almost all my time with you this week, he thinks I've almost convinced you to talk to him"

"I'm not talking to him, Luke! What he did was mean and unacceptable" I mutter.

"Have you heard his side of the story though? Have you heard his reasons why he didn't told you?"

"No, but-"

"No buts, Des! You're quite unfair right now, the least you could do is listen to the dude! Her what he has to say about it!"

I turn my eyes to the ground.

"But I don't want to talk to him.." I mutter. Like sighs, but puts an friendly arm around my shoulder.

"So, where are you taking me today?"

-

"I met this dude.."

Taylor interrupts me.

"What dude?! Is he cute? Oh my god, Destiny you've gotta date him! You need someone, okay?"

"Well yeah, he was cute.. But that's not the point! I'm not gonna date him!" I say, and Taylor sighs. I chuckle before I continue, "His name is Alex, you have some class together. I don't remember witch one though.."

"Oh.. Alex. Brown hair, blue eyes? Irish accent? Always wearing a SnapBack and he has a skateboard?"

"Yeah! That's him! He wanted me to say hi to you"

"Really?" Taylor asks. I can almost see her blushing from here..

"Yeah! Maybe you should date him?"

"Me? Pfft.. No, what no Destiny what are you talking about..." She says with a nervous laugh, before she's letting out another "pfft".

"I think he likes youuu" I laugh, causing Taylor to giggle.

"Enough about me though! What about you and that Luke?"

"We're just friends, I've already told you that, Tay" I mumble.

"Yeah.. Right. What about Ashton's other friends? They seemed hot" she suggests. Calum and Michael?..

"Taylor! I don't need a boyfriend. I'm happy being single!" I say with a smile.

"That's what everyone say so they won't sound lonely or anything! I'm gonna help you find a boyfriend as soon as I come home, that's a promise!"

"Sure, whatever you say.." I laugh.

-

"That Luke guy sounds nice.." Says mom. I look up from my plate. Me and mom are having dinner. Pizza.

"Yeah, he's a nice friend" I shake my shoulders. It gets quiet again.

"Destiny... You've never thought of.. Uhm, you know, maybe trying to meet someone?" She carefully asks. I raise an eyebrow. How come she always brings up the same thing my friends does? Is she's asking them about things so she knows what to talk with me about?

"Have you?" I mutter. Mom sighs.

"I just thought that it could be good for you. You know, love"

"Ha, I don't believe in love, mom. It's a feeling, nothing more. It won't 'help me', whatever that means"

"Love can do miracles. All kinds of love" she insists.

"I doubt it"

"I think that if you'd found someone you care about he or she would make you feel better. Someone who can put together the pieces of your broken heart.." Mom talks with a low and calm voice, trying to convince me.

"I don't need love, I'm perfectly fine without it" I spit.

"You don't need a boyfriend to feel love, Des. Try your love for a friend. You haven't been yourself since your and Ashton's fight and-"

"Is everyone on his side? I don't WANT to talk to him, can someone please understand that? And I'm really sure I don't need his stupid 'love' to be happy!" I angrily say. I stand up, taking my plate in my hands. "I'm eating on my room.."

"Destiny, wait.."

I'm not letting her finish, I just turn around to walk towards my room with hard steps. I lock the door to my room before sitting down on the floor. Can't somebody be on my side? Does everyone need to agree with that idiot?..
