Hazelle pov

I watch Katniss and Gale out the window. They're walking to the hob, and gales arm is wrapped protectively around her. Boy I remember the first day I saw them together. What an eternity ago.

Katniss and Gale seem to be falling into a deeper kind of sadness. The one that I can't even help them with. They have to heal together.

They also are very tired. More tired than they usually were, considering the stress that was put on them everyday. They would wake up at nine o'clock, go hunt, be back by seven o'clock that night, and collapse on the couch or on Katniss's bed and fall right asleep.

I remember the times where Gale had to be in our house and not the everdeens. He couldn't sleep if he tried. I asked him about it, he only said that he was worried about her. That he missed her a little bit. I knew it was deeper that that. He needed her, just as she needed him.
