Zeta pov: "Mumei-senpai, why are you looking at me and not Kiara?" I asked
"Zeta, if I'm going to be completely honest, it's because I'm feeling a little uneasy." Mumei-senpai said
"Are you sick?" I asked.
"No, that's not it..." Mumei-senpai sighed
"Is it related to your origin?" I questioned
"Yes, and no, it's not directly related, although I hear a muffled voice in my head once again," I said.
"Maybe it's an oracle...." I said
"Yeah, I think it may be, and I'm honestly worried about how Kronii and Sana are holding up." Mumei-senpai said
That couldn't be good...
"So by the way, senpai, why did you want to bring Axel with us?" I asked
"Oh, I don't know, just instinct for some reason." Mumei-senpai said
"That isn't good," I said.
"Mumei, you need to look at this!" Fauna-senpai called out
We ran over there to check out what she was looking at, and I noticed it.
"What the fuck?" I was confused as a tree began to crumble.
"We need to do this quickly...." Mumei-senpai said
"Mumei, do you know what's happening?" "Why did the tree vanish?" Fauna asked
"It didn't vanish." We are..." Mumei-senpai said
"What?" Fauna and I were confused by her words.
"We need to get everyone in one place." Mumei-senpai said, "Fauna, go gather the others."
Fauna-senpai nodded and brought back the other seven. The other version of me was carrying Axel, or more like dragging him on the ground.
"Why do you want us together now?" Kiara asked
"We are going to ignore the door; we have to break in through the ceiling," I said.
"Okay," we all said together.
"First, Zeta and I will try punching it really hard together." Mumei-senpai said
"I assume you mean me and not the other one," I said.
"Correct. You have more unity with me than anyone else." I sighed
"I'll count you down—three, two, one punch!" Fauna shouted
As she said "punch," we rammed our fists onto the metal at the same time, making a decent dent but not enough to break it.
Kiara set her hand ablaze and punched down, hitting the metal and searing it a little, but it still didn't break through.
"Hmmm, I have an idea, but we'll have to wake the dog up." The other me said:
"The dog?" I said, glaring at Axel.
"Do you not like him?" Ela said
"He's a damn mutt...." I growled
"Haha, that's the spirit!" The other me laughed
"Wait, is that normal!?" Ela asked
"Yeah, that is mine and Axel's relationship," the other me laughed.
"Sometimes it's like that." Mumei-senpai said
"So how do you wake this kid up?" Kiara-senpai asked
I walked up to him and kicked him in the head hard enough to make his head rattle, and that woke him up.
"Where am I?" He asked
"Okay, he's up, now what?" I asked the other me.
"Everyone beat the living shit out of him, but don't let him pass out," the other me said.
We each took turns hitting him. I honestly felt kind of bad since we were just wailing on him at this point, and as soon as we were told to stop, we did.
"Now punch the metal, you stupid dog," the other me said.
"N-no," he said.
"Disobey and I'll put you down, damn mutt!" I hissed
"Damn!" Ela laughed silently as she saw how into this I was getting.
This made me realize that I think I am a sadist. Mumei-senpai made that trait inside me grow.
"Fine, I'll punch the metal!" He said as he punched it
The metal began to crack after he punched, but it didn't break.
"Now that I've recovered, I'm going to annihilate you!" The man laughed.
The other me sighed before pinching the back of his neck.
"What the fuck?" He said as his body began to relax.
"You lost all your power..." the other me said as she explained how his body worked and how to make him go back to his base power.
"That's good to know," I laughed.
"Well, we failed," Ela said.
"Well, not necessarily...." Mumei-senpai said
"What the hell is going on up here?" Suisei-senpai asked as she jumped up.onto the roof
"Look what the cat dragged in," Kiara said.
"Huh, Mumei, you're alive?" Suisei said in shock
"You didn't know?" Mumei-senpai said
"She left and didn't come back before you did." Fauna-senpai explained
"Well, that makes things difficult because she's still mentally back to before I changed the world," Mumei-senpai said.
"Huh, you did what?" Suisei-senpai asked
"Oh yeah, I never got your wish," I sighed.
"I don't understand what the hell is going on!" Axel yelled
"You don't need to," I sighed.
Mumei-senpai began to look around and sighed. "We better prepare for a ride..." She said
"What do you mean?" I asked
She looked at me and sighed, "Suisei, you should probably get everyone in there up to the roof." Mumei-senpai said
She went down and brought seven girls up. I didn't see anyone in my wedding clothes.
"Wait, who got married?" I asked
"A-chan and Nodoka, the reception is over, and we were leaving, so they changed," Suisei said.
"That's not normal," I said.
"Well, don't worry about it," Fauna-senpai said.
The world began to vanish more, and a hole opened below us. We began to plummet down it.
"Kiara, grab someone and fly!" Mumei-senpai yelled
Mumei-senpai grabbed Fauna and me while I chain-linked Ela.
Kiara grabbed onto Moona-senpai and Pekora-senpai, and that's when I noticed Iofi-senpai was with us. I had completely forgotten about her. She went and grabbed Suisei-senpai, who was chainlinked with the other girls.
"Shit, we forgot Axel...." The other me said:
"Who cares?" I asked
I looked and saw Axel's pant leg was attached to Suisei-senpai's axe just barely.
"Oh, he's fine," I said.
"Let's reach the bottom," Mumei-senpai said.
We just sighed as we lowered ourselves down, not knowing when we'd hit the bottom.
