Ivy week. A week that Chloe had as her bitch. Chloe was easily one of the smartest girls at Constance without even trying. Everybody envied her photographic memory, even her own father. As the choir finishes up singing their...performance. Harvard University was not only Chloe's dream, but her fathers as well. This was easily the hardest week for all of the Junior year.

Earlier that morning

"Today is a new day Chloe. I don't expect much from your brother but from you I expect everything." When Bart said everything, he meant everything and more. Chloe nods as Bart watches over her, eating the bowl that Margaret made her. Though, she had a good feeling about any college she applied to, she still feared what the outcomes could be. She didn't want her father to hear the fear in her voice. Soon their "front door" opens. In walks the 16 year old boy. Bart instantly stares him down as his oldest walks towards his youngest and gives her a kiss Good morning on the cheek.

"Father." Was all he said, Bart took his breakfast and newspaper and walked up to his study. Chuck smirks and Chloe instantly calms down and loosens up her posture a bit. "You're welcome."

"Are you ready for this week brother?" Chloe knew Chuck was very intelligent. She also knew he was lazy, and that their father spoiled his dreams for him. Chuck laughs, rolling his eyes.

"Yeah right sis, I'm not going to listen to them go on and on about how it's so important to go back to school when they know half of us are going to be socialites." Chuck grabs Chloe's bag, holding it for her as they walk to school.

"Not exactly true..." Chloe trials, her dream will always be musical theatre, but her father wanted her to get a business major. Chloe did agree, since it'll be something under her belt, but she couldn't help but think about Broadway 24/7.

Present time

The meeting was finally over, Chloe and Blair sitting through the whole thing very interested. Yale was always Blair's dream. The two promised each other they would make it into an Ivy League, not only that but the Holy Trinity of Ivy Leagues.

"Aww too bad you missed the assembly! Not that it matters, Brown doesn't off the degrees of slut." Blair smiles evilly. Chloe not even paying attention as she was reading more about Harvard and how she had to be perfect for the alumni coming to the elegant party.

Spotted - S, not so fashionably late and dressed down by B. C not giving a care in the world as she keeps her head down in this book. Careful C, looking a bit desperate though it's not like we haven't seen that before. Game on ladies.

Chloe rolls her eyes, but deep down was scared. Gossip Girl was suddenly out to get her and she doesn't understand why. All this talk about secrets, the only secret Chloe had was...oh no. Looks like Chloe is in deep in a bit of shit.

Since Chloe took dance classes, she was excused from all PE events, thankfully. She headed into the dance studio, she was basically the only one who took this class serious since all the other girls would ditch or would mess around, her teacher didn't complain though. Once she got done changing she entered the room and saw about 4 girls and 4 boys, they must be doing partner work today, and Chloe probably had to dance by herself. That was until someone entered the room behind her, she recognized that smell from previous nights before. She turned around, smiling.

"Nate what are you doing here?" Nate smiles back, admiring her beauty.

"My father needs to me learn more tango, and I asked your teacher and she told me we could have a lesson or two on that. So, here I am." Nate explains, no. Nate lies. He knew Chloe had dance class every Monday and Wednesday and Friday. He convinced the teacher in letting him join the class late because PE was "distracting" him way too much and wanted a more calmer class. "Be my partner?" Chloe giggles and takes his hand. As they're learning the steps Nate couldn't help but find his hands in all the right places except one...you could cut the sexual tension with a knife. Though nobody in the class judges anybody, they couldn't help but watch as the two fell for one another.

"Alright! We're getting the hang of it, let's try with music. Chloe, Nate. In the middle."

(J here, I HAD to add this considering this is one of my favorite scenes from one of my favorite childhood movies hehe)

Chloe and Nate stared at one another. Chloe pulls back after a minute of fantasizing about every little thing she wanted to do with Nate. She gathers her things as the bell rings and quickly leaves the room, not saying another word.

"Hey Chloe! Wait up!" Nate screams from down the hall, Chloe sighs stopping near her locker. "You forgot this." He handed her, her phone. "Why did you leave so quickly?"

"We can't talk about this right now Nate." She looked around cautiously, not wanting anybody to think something was up.

"You felt it too Chloe, you can't deny this anymore." Nate whispers, and gets closer to Chloe as she opens her locker.

"I've never denied it from the beginning Nate. That was you." She says, but quickly lowers her voice as the hallway gets more full. "I was never your first choice." She whispers, heartbroken. His eyebrows furrow together, he was about to speak but nothing could come out. "It was always Blair. Hell, even Serena. Never me." She shuts her locker, "Blair is my best friend, and I would never do anything near what Serena did to her. So I'm glad I'm not your first choice." She walks away, not letting Nate get another word in. She will always put her pride aside with Nate, because she knows how in love Blair is with him. Nate felt so stupid. She was right and he didn't want her to be. He groaned hitting the locker he was leaning on and walking out of the girls hall.

Woah. Calm down Nate, what's there to be so angry about when you and Chloe are only friends? Don't look too scared C, nobody heard your conversation, but we watched from afar. Didn't look so pretty, looks like he...wow. Did golden boy hurt his only true friend? Even I'm not that cruel.
