Chapter 71

Vivianas POV

We just arrived in Italy and I remember how much I hate the weather

I'm not a heat loving person, it makes me sick

We got to our resort and checked in

"Are we seeing your family?" Mom ask mama

"Mmm I don't know, my papa is ill and you know I don't want the bambina around him, but my Tia is wanting to see us" mama says

"What about the she devil?" I ask

"Viviana" mama reprimands

"Okay I didn't even do anything but ask a question" I say and she sighs

"I will be seeing Gabriella, you and your mother are not" mama says and I nod

"Babyyy I'm sleepy, can we please sleep first" mom ask and we smile

"Yes bambina, I'm tired as well" mama says

The resort is kind of like apartments, it has an open living room and kitchen, two huge rooms and 2 huge bathrooms that I don't even want to leave

It's so amazing

The views are to die for and the resort offers so many activities including a spa and pool plus many more

I went to my room and unpacked before texting Emma to let her know I had landed

As soon as I finished i collapsed in bed, I could definitely use a nap

When I woke back up it was dinner time here but I wasn't hungry so I just sat with my moms while they ate

We decided on just resting around today and tomorrow we will head to the pool for a little and mama is going to meet Gabriella

After dinner we sat together and I texted Emma, it was just around lunch there

"Why don't we get to see your dad?" I ask mama,

"Or.:. You don't even talk about your childhood, Zio said you used to have attitudes with your mama" I smile and she does the same

"bambina my papa is not well enough, he gets very angry sometimes and it's just better you not be around him" she says and puts her arms around me

"And as for my childhood, my mama made my childhood amazing, and yes I used to be a little rebellious," she smiles

"But my mama was always there for me and Andrea, before my papa had gotten sick, once he did she couldn't take care of all three of us, and I had no more happy memories with her after that, she was so tired of all the responsibilities" mama sighs sadly

"So when Andrea and I lost our mama, I had to take care of our papa and it was a lot, I was still young, not something I like to talk about" she says and I hug her tightly

"I love you" i tell her and she kisses my head

"I love you too bambina"

This morning we woke up and mama had ordered frittata and coffee, but mine had lots of cream because I can not drink black coffee

"After breakfast we are going to check out the pool" mom says and I smile

I love swimming, it's fun and it's like the only exercise you can do without getting hot

After breakfast we all changed

Mom put on a blue one piece while mama had a yellow bikini

I had on a sunflower two piece but covered myself with a black cover that I would be wearing the entire time
