Emma's POV

I'm glad I was able to convince Maya and Carina not to tell Kate or Diana about what I told them

It's Wednesday and so far so good. Adam hasn't even looked in my direction,

I still talk to viv all the time and even Andy, other than Carina and Maya she is the only other adult I fully trust

Viv is at therapy and I'm at school

I absolutely hate this place, I have thought about getting kicked out a few times but then I would be in trouble

With Kate and even maybe Diana, but on the bright side they would have no choice but letting me do online school

"Ms.Dawson" I heard and looked up at my teacher that I had stopped listening to 15 minutes ago

I hated my last name, I wanted my moms but of course that's not how it went down

I know it's tradition or whatever to take your fathers last name but still.

Now with his name I'm stuck with a reminder of him all the time

"What?" I ask and he sighs

"Pay attention to the material," he says and I roll my eyes and lay back down on the desk and he ignores me

After school I went back to the house and went to the room I was staying in and started on homework

I'm not a bad student, or i haven't been until this whole foster thing, but I still do all of my school work regardless

I stayed in the room all day and around dinner time Kate come up

"Hey... you want to come down for dinner?" She ask

"No im not hungry" I tell her and she sighs

"Are you sure? I can bring it to you?" She says and I shake my head

"Okay" she says and walks out of the room and I shower while they were eating

As soon as I got done I got in bed and talked to viv for a while

"Did you eat?" She ask

"Yes" I tell her, she knows me too well though and can tell when I'm Lying

"Emma! It's not healthy to not eat all week" she says

"I'm not even hungry" I say and she sighs

We talked some more before we got off the phone and it was late so I got comfortable under the covers

I was still scared to fall asleep to some extent

I stayed up almost the entire night,, doing nothing but playing on my phone and just as I was about to fall asleep the door opened and Adam walked in again

"Hey.... You stayed awake for me?" He ask and walks over to me

"Go away" I shriek when he gets closer to me and puts his hands on me
