After few weeks ( lets skip time till Feel Special promotions come to an almost end )
Jihyo's point of View :
Ugh! I really want to sleep now. Its been a week since we started promoting Feel Special and we are doing good so far. We had many things in our shoes, from recording over 10+ songs to learning a new choreography only in a spam of 2 weeks, appearing over countless variety shows, performing in numerous music shows, pre-recording our performances, hosting and guesting on Radios and filming new TTT contents for fans. Apart from that we did many V-lives, extra YouTube contents for fans to enjoy.
Now we are all currently gathered in the practise room after practicing hard for Feel Special stage, some are sleeping, some are speaking among themselves while the others are glued to the TV. Yes the TV, after requesting and pleading our manager he allowed us to use our televisions but the news channels were all cut down to prevent any malicious things reach the girls knowledge. Just so you know a TV is installed in our JYPE practise room
We still have a day to finally wrap up Feel Special's promotion. Starting from tomorrow morning 2:00 am we will have to promote Feel Special and few selected B-sides on the Korean show, then we will have to fly for Japan to film a new Japanese content, appear in a Japanese Talk show and then we have to attend an award show both in Korea and Japan. It would be a wrap around 12:00 pm when we will come back to Korea. After tomorrow we should start preparing for the year-end shows, performances at award shows. We can't perform the same thing again and again hence we are planning of mixing the beats up and presenting a Fancy rock-version, Feel special acoustic version. We will also do a special performance of our song Melting. The intro will be the highlight of the special performance and of course I am sure that our dancing mochine will nail it.
Even after these we won't get rest cause we will have to prepare for our 'TWICELIGHTS' world tour. As per my assumption our next stop will be Sapporo ( Hokkaido ) in Japan. After that we will get busy till April 2020. Ugh!!!! as much as I am tired I am also very excited to meet our oversea fans. Is our popularity more there too? I hope we can hold a successful concert.
While I was thinking all these my phone beeped. A message from Yoongi oppa!!!!
Yoongi : Good Morning! you know what Taehyung woke me up so early! I wanted to sleep more.
He complained, why am I smiling imagining a pouty Yoongi?
Jihyo : Hi, its night! and also if Taehyung oppa had woken you up early then you could have gone back to sleep like you always do. What made you change your mind?
I replied, at the first part of the message I am talking about the time zone difference. Currently they are in US, taking part in few shows as well as preparing for their 'LOVE YOURSELF : SPEAK YOURSELF' world tour next in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
I got his reply faster than I expected.
Yoongi : Hehehe... sorry. Did I wake you up?
Aww.. he is so cute.
You can't even see him dumbo!
My brain informed me but hey! that doesn't mean I can't imagine him being cute right? My imagination is quiet good enough to picture a Cute Yoongi oppa in HD.
Jihyo : Nah, I was awake anyway.
Yoongi : Oh... but why? its already late you should be sleeping!!
There goes his Dad behaviour again!
I thought while rolling my eyes. Its just 11:30 pm not too late. Before I could say anything I got another text from him.
Yoongi : Let me guess, were you reading that cartoon again?
I can imagine a serious yet cute looking Yoongi.
Jihyo : No. And its a web-toon!
I replied simply, denying his guess as fast as possible or else he will get grumpy again.
Yoongi : Playing that killing game?
Ugh!!
Jihyo : Nope, not at all, not even in my dreams. And oppa its called League of Legends!
I replied while pouting a bit. He sure lives up to his nick-name of Grandpa Yoongi. I even animatedly exaggerated the first part.
Yoongi : Whatever, um... then....
He said, I imagined him rolling his eyes at the beginning of typing but why did he drag the last part?
Jihyo : Then?
I asked him not quiet understanding what he meant. He is taking a lot of time to reply, I wonder what's happening in his head.
Yoongi : Thenn...
I face palmed myself, did I wait for his reply for so long just to see this message. Come on oppa! are you being shy asking something?
Could it be *gasp*!!!
No way! Jihyo don't even imagine such out of the world things. But I would have been very happy if that was the case.*pout* No, not at all... no imagining things!
Jihyo : Then? oppa if you won't continue your sentence then I will go back to practise! ask whatever you want to without hesitation.
I replied, more like threatened him. Not soon I got a reply, looks like he panicked on reading my message.
Yoongi : No no no don't go back! please... I just wanted to ask whether you were chatting with any of your friends.
The message read, see... I should really stop making my imagination run wild.
Jihyo : No oppa, I was not chatting with any of my friends.
I replied honestly. I didn't chat with any one for the whole day except in our TWICE chatroom, with Manager oppa and unnies.
Yoongi : Umm... not even with your guy friends?
he had asked in return to my reply
Jihyo : Nope, I haven't chatted with any of them from days.
I replied, how many days did it past already? I haven't seen Enwoo or DK since ages. It looks like we should all plan to meet some day. Since we were not able to meet all together when Yuju had suggested due to busy schedules, we should definitely plan a get-together at the year-end.
Yoongi : Oh! that's good then.
His message brought me back to reality.
Jihyo : Uh? what do you mean oppa?
I asked, what does he mean by its a relief? is he texting with someone else also at the same time? did he by mistake send some one else's message to me? is he chatting with a girl? Is she also an idol? Uh! even if she is I don't think she will be pretty, right?
Wait! why am I thinking all these in the first place?
Ugh!! what is happening to me?
I messed with my hair in frustration, seriously why am I thinking all those things. Even if he is texting someone else it shouldn't be my concern. He can have other female friends as well. Its not like we have made an agreement to chat with each other only.
Yoongi : Nothing, just ignore it.
He replied easily, but I am curious.... Whatever!
Jihyo : By the way oppa, you didn't answer my question.
Yoongi : Which one?
Jihyo : You could have gone back to sleep if Taehyung oppa had woken you up early. What made you stay awake?
I replied, we started talking about some other things that I totally forgot my question.
Yoongi : Ah... since I had already woken up I decided to do some music and stuff.
He replied like a professional.
Jihyo : Let me guess, after that you locked yourself in the studio for half an hour or so, since either you didn't get any inspiration you decided to chat with me or you were getting bored.
I tried guessing his next routine. He always locks himself up in his studio and never leaves unless he has to or unless he has finished his work.
Yoongi : Your guess is half correct. Yes I was in the studio, I decided to text you cause you give me new inspirations and... also because.... I MISS YOU A LOT!
If some one sees me right now then they will easily tell that I am the most happiest person in the world right now. He misses me!! He said he missed me!! and also he said I inspire him!!! Ah!!!I am freaking out.
Jihyo : I miss you more than you do oppa!
I replied still grinning like an idiot. I am smiling so much that my cheeks have started to hurt.
Yoongi : Hahaha... of course you should miss me more! I know you can't stay away from my charms.*wink*
He replied but that just made me roll my eyes, but still the smile didn't leave my face.
Yoongi : I know that was toooo. cheesy, no need to mention it.
He had replied, Oh how I wish I could see his face right now! He might be cringing and face palming himself for saying that. I am having a hard time controlling my laugh, if only I can roll on the floor...
Jihyo : Hahaha.... hope your work is going good.
I replied trying to change the topic. I wonder if he is resting well.
Yoongi : Yeah... its going great so far. We even have plenty of time to rest as well.
Jihyo : That's good then!
Yoongi : Yeah. Ji can you do me a favour?
Out of the blue?
Jihyo : Of course but why all of the sudden though?
Yoongi : As I said I was not getting any good ideas, I will call you can you please sing a bit for me?
Um....
Jihyo : Oh-okay! but what should I sing?
There are many songs to sing with different genres but what would be good enough to help him?
Yoongi : Its up to you, I will call you now.
Hey! not fair! what should I sing? he didn't even tell me what genre and emotion he is aiming for.
Even before I could fully complain he already dialed me, with a sigh I picked up.
Jihyo : " Hello "
I said,
Yoongi : " Ah! Ji your voice is heaven! "
He exclaimed, but I didn't even sing anything. All I said was a simple hello, how come my voice became heaven? It sounded like he didn't mean to say it out loud as his voice came out barely as a whisper, but still how can he think that my voice is heaven just my hearing a hello?
Yoongi : " Hello? "
Jihyo : " Yes! oppa. "
Yoongi : " hehehe.. I thought the call ended already. "
I chuckled after hearing his giggles.
Jihyo : " So... what would you like to hear? "
I asked him, let the genius pick what the genius wants.
Yoongi : " Anything will do. "
Ehh? what is that suppose to mean? instead of questioning more I started singing a snippet of Feel Special. I sang my parts trying to sound as good as possible.
Yoongi : " Umm.... it sounds good but can I hear more? "
He asked, okay maybe he is not liking the song I picked so I choose to sing 21:29 which had a ballad vibe and its special as we all TWICE members wrote it together.
Yoongi : " Umm.. you know... "
Yeah I get it , he sounds unsatisfied.
Jihyo : " You want me to sing something else? "
I asked to confirm.
Yoongi : " Yeah! "
My mouth is hung open now, like come on he didn't even try to console me by saying few sweet words! How can he be so professional???
Jihyo : " Okay. "
Take this mister! I sung a whole chorus of Get Loud. Its a song I wrote when I was angry and the things that made me angry were the pure nonsense things people talked about TWICE this whole year. The way they made fun of Mina's anxiety, Nayeon unnie's stalker, talked pure sense-less things about Sana's IG mistake and the most important thing that was the main cause of my anger was how people used Momo's relationship for their own benefits whether it was to earn money by creating news, spreading hate to satisfy their ego, or using it as an excuse for the company. Yes! I was- no I still am very mad with my company for using Momo's relationship as a card for their so called company's money.
Yoongi : " That was Just.... WOW!! Ji you are great! "
He exclaimed when I had finished singing the chorus. Did he really get that impressed? I didn't even realize that I was singing so good for him to praise me.
Jihyo : " You really like it? "
I asked him, did I sound that good? or is he just simply praising me? Or did he get afraid because of my strong yet witty choice of words?
Yoongi : " That was really very great? Who wrote the song? the lyrics are really very good. Is it one of TWICE's song? The lyricist nailed it though and your voice just gave justice to it. "
Good, he is really praising me.
Jihyo : " Thanks... I guess. "
I said unsure to know how to reply for his compliments.
Yoongi : " You didn't say the name of the lyricist though!? is it JYP-nim?? its totally different from his style though. "
I smiled proudly,
Jihyo : " I wrote it myself oppa! Its called Get loud and its featured in our new Mini-album Feel Special. "
I said proudly. Hope he praises me more.
Yoongi : " Really? Heol! my Jiggglypuff is now starting to write angry songs? Oh..... but who made you angry? "
He asked, come on I thought you will praise me more oppa but you are worrying here too?
Jihyo : " Just... few people on the internet. I was just seeing through the messages and I came across many hate comments regarding TWICE, I was very angry I wanted to shout at them. I was also angry with our PD-nim at that time for loading us with work. That time JB oppa helped me right the lyrics perfectly. "
I said remembering that time when I was fuming with anger. I wanted to punch those people in the face who were talking senseless things about TWICE for no reason at all. That time I had locked myself in the recording studio, I wanted to sing something and put my anger out but no song suited my situation. Normally I would have went to the karaoke but I don't know why I choose to sit in the recording studio that day. While I was dealing with people on the net JB oppa approached me and he suggested me to write a song. He said that emotions are very important part of song-writing hence my emotions right now can be used in a good way. Since anger only harms the person who is angry he suggested me to guide it in a good and useful direction. Hence instead of pouring my anger on the things around me he helped me to write the lyrics, surprisingly JYP PD-nim liked my lyrics and approved it to be featured in the album. I wanted to give credit to JB oppa in the tracklist too cause he had helped me clean the parts and he had did major editing to it but since it may become the cause of fan's outrage I was not allowed to give credit to him.
Yoongi : " JB? "
He said, his tone was a mix of boredom, anger, disinterest, curiosity and a bit of jealousy. Though I am not sure of the jealousy part I am 200% sure he was upset?
Jihyo : " Hey oppa, what's with the tone? "
I asked, by this time he is making it more and more clear that he doesn't likes JB oppa, but why? Is it just my imagination or does he really hates JB oppa?
There was a long pause on his line,
Yoongi : " Why does he keeps hanging around you? "
He asked finally after sighing. Looks like this thing is bothering him a lot.
Jihyo : " Uh? what do you mean oppa? We are not always together. We just sometimes come across each other since we are from the same company. "
I said, I really don't understand what about JB oppa is bothering him? Have these two even met each other at least once?
Yoongi : " Its just that- "
???? : " Jihyo!! "
Yoongi oppa started speaking but his voice was cut as someone called me from behind and I couldn't properly hear what Yoongi oppa was about to say. Looks like even Yoongi oppa heard it and stopped talking as he realized some one was in a hurry to speak to me. I turned around to find JYP PD-nim dressed finely like a gentleman in a formal black and white suit standing at the practise room's door. He was holding few envelopes and looked like he was in a hurry. I went over to him and asked if everything was fine.
Jihyo : " Do you need anything PD-nim? Can I help you? "
I asked and then he started eyeing the phone in my hand.
JYP : " Sorry it looks like you were on a call! "
He apologized, and now that he has mentioned I remember that Yoongi oppa is still on line.
Jihyo : " Its okay PD-nim. "
I said, its okay if Yoongi oppa is still on call, being a gentleman as he is I am sure he will not try to eavesdrop on our conversation. He will probably hang up or even if his curiosity gets the best of him and he ends up listening to our conversation its okay cause he is some one I trust a lot and I know that he won't harm me at any cost.
JYP : " Good, I have a favour to ask! Here take this, please hand it over to the person who's name is mentioned on that white paper, the address is also written at the back left end. Its really a very important document and you have to deliver it today at all costs. Go after your practise finishes, the owner can wait just for today. I have to go to a very emergency meeting hence I am giving this job to you. As I said its very important and I can't trust anyone with it so please deliver it personally. I can count on you right? Bye! "
He said all in one breathe after handing me the document envelope he was holding. Then he ran off to the exit door looking all clumsy. Guess I got a new work. I examined the bundle of documents which was given to me. It was a plain brown normal envelope which was sealed at the top, though its very easy to unseal it I didn't dare to open it cause he said its a very important document, what if I misplace things or something? The envelope was very thick, looks like many papers are inside it.
Jihyo : " Still on the line oppa? "
I asked after bringing my phone near my ear once again.
Yoongi : " Yeah. Why does he gives you so many works? "
He complained which made me to giggle, even his complains sound cute to me.
Jihyo : " Didn't he say it already, its a very important work and he can't trust anyone with it, and just delivering a document is not a big deal. Besides he seemed to be in a hurry, who knows how many more jobs he has other than this, running a company and being an artist altogether is not easy too. Oh! and besides did you have your breakfast? "
I asked him to which I could hear his sheepish giggles. He has not even eaten anything yet.
Jihyo : " You better go and eat something now oppa! you should not skip your meals like that. "
I sounded strict to which I can imagine him rolling his eyes.
Yoongi : " Okay... I will eat after I finish writing some music notes. "
I know that if he doesn't writes down his notes now then he will likely forget it and then he will suffer from it so I let him do his music first but still reminded to eat breakfast. We then said our goodbyes and hung up the phone.
Now lets get this to its rightful place.
I thought while scanning the envelope in my hand. After turning back I found my Manager oppa speaking with Nayeon unnie, I quickly made my way towards them and they also stopped speaking once they say me, wondering why I was here.
Jihyo : " Oppa! PD-nim gave me these, he said its really important and they need to be delivered immediately. He also said that I must personally deliver them to this location ( * showing him the address* ) Since we are finished with the schedules for today can we first drop by at this location before going to the dorm? "
I requested him, at first he examined the address properly and then sighed before saying,
Manager : " Jihyo... its in the opposite direction of the dorm, its already late and you guys have a very early schedule tomorrow, can't this wait? You can deliver it tomorrow. "
He suggested but PD-nim said that its very important and has to be delivered today at all costs.
Jihyo : " Oppa, PD-nim said it has to be done today. How about this! you take the girls to the dorm and I will take a taxi and complete this task, I will come to the dorm after my work is done. "
He didn't seem to like the idea,
Manager : " No Jihyo letting you go there all alone at this time is not a good idea, I wish I could have given you a ride but I am the only manager available for now, the others are all already off duty. "
He said, what now? We stayed silent for a while like that, not knowing what to do. Like we can't even give up on the task and head towards the dorm, PD-nim seemed like this was a very important job to be done, if I won't do this job then not only me but he can also get in trouble.
Nayeon : " How about this oppa! I have brought my car with me, I will drive Jihyo to that place you take the girls to the dorm after finishing this work we will head back to the dorm. "
She suggested, but didn't he just not allow me to go out at this time? if he didn't allow me then I don't think he will agree to Nayeon unnie's idea.
Manager : " That's a good idea! "
He exclaimed, what? he allowed us to go there? But didn't he just say it was not right to go out alone at this hour of night? How come he allowed us when Nayeon unnie suggested it?
He might have read my expression hence he spoke of,
Manager : " I was worried that letting you go out alone in a taxi at this late of night would not be safe but since Nayeon will drive you there I am sure you guys will be safe. Take care and drive safely. If anything happens then contact me. Nayeon-ah be sure to drive to the destination and come back straight to the dorm, I don't want any kind of rumors or anything else to be born, okay? "
He instructed us to which we both nodded, then our manager made his way to collect the girls and Nayeon unnie motioned me to come towards the parking lot, well... she does have a driving licence but it was acquired when she had failed in the test for 2 to 3 times.
God... I hope we return to the dorm safe and sound. I don't want to die at such a young age, I still haven't seen the world completely. Going to the hospital is also a no-no, please.... I don't want to eat that hospital food again.

Get Loud is a song written by Jihyo for Feel Special album, she had herself told it in a interview that she wrote it when she was angry. You know what? in google if you check the credits given to the song it says that the lyricist credits is shared by Jihyo and a person named JQ, I really don't know who that JQ is and I have not even heard his/her name before. Whenever I see that I remember GOT7 JB. Maybe they both really wrote the song together.
