george sat beside dream in the car, focusing his eyes on his folded hands settled in his lap, scared to look at the blonde. sapnap decided not to ask any questions when he saw the looks on their faces as they moved in the car.

they sat in silence, sapnap and his sister conversing about something irrelevant. dream let out a huff pulling out his phone.

'you don't have to be embarrassed'

he waited for george to respond, smiling when george glanced at him after his phone vibrated. he watched as george read his words before typing.

'yes i do'

dream sent back a sad face, nudging george with his elbow. his phone vibrated.

'i thought you were sapnap :('

'that's no reason to be embarrassed'

george sent back a sad face.

dream set down his phone determined to make george comfortable in the calm environment of the car.

"can i see your hand?"

george stared into dream's eyes, before looking down at his hands, and offering one over. dream inspected george's soft hands, running a light finger over every crease in the man's palm. he pressed every knuckle, smiling as he felt george's eyes scan him for any form of explanation.

"you know i was embarrassed when we woke up together the other day?" dream looked to george, before returning his eyes to run over every inch of the exposed skin of george's hands.

"that's understandable, sapnap embarrassed us on purpose."

"did you have a problem with what happened that day?" dream asked making his touch on the other's hand even softer.

george shook his head, "no."

"well i don't have a problem with you wearing my sweatshirt, so why are you embarrassed?" dream held george's pulse feeling it speed up at the question. he made sure to keep eye contact with the man.

"i- i don't know." george broke the eye contact, turning his eyes to stare at their hands instead.

"then how can i help you not be embarrassed?" dream linked their fingers, enjoying the heat the spread between their skin.

"i- um." george stared at their hands.

"i'm disappointed you didn't end up wearing one of my sweatshirts." dream looked down to stare at the fitting maroon sweatshirt that george wore in place of dream's sweatshirt.

"i'm sorry." george frowned down at his torso, also seeming to be disappointed in his decision.

"it's no problem, i'll let you have this one."

george smiled at the navy blue sweatshirt dream had currently been wearing. "you helped me sleep that night."

dream reached his other hand over to glide against their linked fingers. "i did?"

george nodded, watching as dream's fingers trailed against their hands. "i don't think i've ever slept that well before."

"i must say, you were very a comfortable substitute for a pillow." dream smiled over to george, slightly trailing his fingers up the sleeve of george's sweatshirt, desperate to feel as much of the man's skin as he possibly could.

george shivered at the touch.

"you're cold." dream frowned. feeling the cold against george's skin contrast his warm personality. he wrapped both arms around the older man, rubbing at his arms as they continued the ride in silence, only sapnap and his sister making conversation.

**

"karl said he's at the gate, i'm going to go get him, will you be okay here?" sapnap asked gesturing to the two. they nodded allowing him to retrieve the pink haired boy. sapnap nodded and stepped down the bleachers.

"we're alone again." george nodded around from his seat at the bleacher.

"finally." dream smirked, smiling when he saw george blush and turn away. "i can give you this now." he started pulling off the sweatshirt, quickening his movements when he felt his t-shirt ride up against his stomach. george's eyes burned into the skin. when dream was freed from the fabric he laughed at how red george's face had gotten in such a short amount of time.

"shut up." george covered his face with the hoodie.

"put it on?" he nudged george's foot from where he stood in front of the boy.

george retreated his face from the fabric. "fine." he stood from his seat pulling his sweatshirt off in the same manner dream had. george however was much more cautious of how he removed it, making sure not to make dream's same mistake.

"no fair." dream frowned, crossing his arms, imagining what the pale smooth skin of george's stomach would look like. what it would feel like, what it would taste like.

he had to shake the idea from his brain.

"no free show." george shook his head sitting down beside dream before pulling the hoodie over himself.

"so if i pay you, do i get a show?" dream reached for his wallet. ready to invest in something he wouldn't regret in the future.

"shut up." george rolled his eyes.

"i'm being serious, i'm willing to invest."

"no you don't get a show, we're at a football game."

"what if we leave, can i get a show then?"

"no, dream, we can't just leave."

dream frowned, "why not?" staring at the brightening blush on george's face.

"both sapnap and your sister are here." george rolled his eyes gesturing around to the previously empty bleachers. "we can't just ditch them."

"that's not a no. we won't be long, we'll be back before they notice." he was willing to trade anything for more time alone with george.

"are you serious?" george pushed dream's arm, determined to knock the blonde out of his current mindset.

"what do you say?"

"really? we're doing this?" george couldn't believe himself.

dream stood from his seat next to george. "do you trust me?" he offered a hand.

"you're so dumb." george placed his hand in dream's. "if sapnap gets mad when we get back, i'm blaming you."

"fine with me." dream led george across the rows of seats before they made their way down the risers. ready to wreak havoc in any way they wished.

does this make any sense at all? i'm falling asleep. this chapter wasn't originally supposed to play out like this, but tired author brain go brrrr
