She nodded.

"Have you had any other encounters with her before this?"

"Yes—plenty. After she found out I was Chris new girlfriend and before I had my baby, she harassed and taunted me. She flattened my tires repeatedly, and harassed everyone around me." I explained

"We never really had an altercation though, until four days ago." I added

She nodded, "Okay."

"I'll be right back."

Chris (POV will switch again shortly)

"How do you know Sabrina Eason?"

"The mother of my daughter." I nonchalantly replied

"How did you two encounter with each other recently—if you did?" The detective asked

I sighed, "She been textin' me and callin' me tryna meet up with me but I wasn't folding until I finally went on and decided to since my girl was gone and I was lonely. She came by and my girl caught her and I together and they started fighting. Some big nigga came and roughed her up and made her drive somewhere with him though so that was the end of all of that." I explained

He nodded, "How is your relationship with Sabrina?"

I shrugged, "We don't have a relationship at all. Not a friendship or coparent-ship for our daughter. Honestly the whole meet up a few days ago was a mistake." I said

"How was her relationship with your new girlfriend? Before the meet up?"

"They didn't have one, either. Sabrina didn't like her though because she always thought she had another chance wit' me and my new girl was in the way of that. She even used to do lil' stuff to mess with her, like flattening her tires and shit."

The detective slightly laughed.

"One second." He said and stepped out

I sighed and started looking around. I don't want to start tapping my fingers and shaking my leg because I know they're looking at me through this mirror and it'll appear that I'm nervous.

"I'm India's best friend and I heard the commotion going on outside of India's back yard, that is how I seen all of it."

"Do you know Sabrina at all?" He asked

"Yes, we've gotten into a few fights because she was messing with India."

"Any other issues involving just you?" He asked

"Not that I can think of." I said

I was about to mention the recording and how we got it but that would contradict our entire story. It would also make us look more suspect than we already look.

We'd have to explain how Sabrina got over there, and that would look like a set up, contradicting what I already told them—which was that Chris and Sabrina were messing around and India came home and caught them. I hope India and Chris said something around this though because I know they brought them in for questioning because the detective told me they did.
