The movie started and Todoroki was looking over any suspects of the crime. About a four-way through the movie Mineta has got up and looked around to make sure nobody saw him.
Todoroki stood up after a minute from when Mineta had left the living room. He pasted Kirishima and Bakugo, the blonde was trying to teach the redhead how to cook.

Todoroki was now a couple of feet away from Mineta who was opening Izuku's door.
Mineta looked at Izuku to see if he was asleep and then went to his drawers and looked in it. There it was, a binder.
(As in what transgender men would use to hide their chest, not a school supply and yes this isnjust a headcanon and obviously not canon! Sorry for the people who got confused)
Todoroki froze Mineta by his feet. "You little rat!" Midoriya squeaked as quietly as possible so the others downstairs couldn't hear.
Todoroki quickly snapped a picture of Mineta going through Izuku's stuff for evidence later to expel him.
Mineta was speechless.
"You tell anyone and you'll be dead the next day, be lucky you'll only get expelled for this," Todoroki glared at the short boy.
Midoriya got up and slapped Mineta's face, "put that away you freak, I never want to see you in my dorm again!".
"You're a fake! You're faking it! You fake boy!" Mineta said in a nasty tone.
Todoroki could've stabbed him right there but he didn't because he had morals.
Todoroki burned the ice and grabbed the boy by his collar. "Izuku I'm going to report this would you like to come along and tell what happened?" Todoroki asked. Izuku gave a small nod.
The two walked past the group of people with Todoroki was dragging a terrified rat, "we'll be back in a little,"
Todoroki said.
"Explain to me what happened?" Principal Nezu stated.
"We found Mineta going through some personal things of Midoriya's," Todoroki said to the short animal who was drinking a cup of tea.
"I see, would you tell me what things?" Nezu asked.
Midoriya froze in place, he had only told a few people about this. Todoroki put his hand on his shoulder and showed Midoriya the picture or Mineta holding up the binder. "Can I show him?" He whispered. Midoriya nodded.
Todroki showed Nezu the picture. "Ah, I see, I'll have a word with Mineta and the teachers, thank you for informing me about this," Nezu smiled.
IcyHot: Mineta might get expelled
MOMo: I know I shouldn't be saying this but thank god!
Gravity?: whatever you two did, I'm always thankful
