A man entered the convenience store. He is wearing a black hoodie, a black mask, white v-shape shirt, loose pants and silver necklace. Oh I love his outfit.

He is a regular customer of this store and usually, he went here around this time of the day. But one noticed him, no one know his true identity and no one is looking at him except me. I knew the man behind that mask. How? Because I've been looking at his eyes for almost three years.

I watched him from afar; he got a bottle of cola before he took steps towards my direction. So I bowed my head and pretend that I'm doing something.

"Here," he said as he is handling the bottle of cola over me.

Avoiding his eyes, I got the cola, saw the price, put it inside a small plastic bag and told him the price he must pay.

You're right. I am working here, as the cashier, in this convenience store. That's how I met him and see him everyday.

"Oh damn, I forgot my wallet," he complained as he looked in his pockets but found nothing. How unlucky, tsk tsk.

"Don't pay. I will pay for it. Get the cola and go," I suggested in low tone. I must be stupid.

I heard him gasped, well, I know that my offer is weird. "No, it's embarrassing. I will pay for it."

"You don't have your wallet sir. Don't worry, treat it as a special service because you are our regular customer," I said without looking straight into his eyes.

Just thinking of having an eye to eye contact with him can kill me inside.

"Oh? You remembered me? You knew I am regular here?" he asked, in surprise again.

You're wrong. It is not just remembering you, actually, I always waited for you.

"Yeah," I answered. "So get your cola and go."

"No. I won't make a lady pay for me."

He called me a 'lady' and my heart suddenly pumped in ~ba dump ba dump~. I felt my cheeks are already burning so I tried my best to stay my face away from his sight. Gosh, this is so embarrassing!

"Uhmm, I will call my friends to help me," he offered and got his phone from his pocket.

His friend? Did he mean...?

"No!" I shouted.

His eyes widened as well as the other customers looking at me in bewilderement.

"H-Ha?" he mumbled.

I looked down again and think of a reasonable explanation. The thing is... if his friends go here, there is a chance that his identity will reveal. Those girls from the side of this store are a great fan of this man's group and friends since I heard them talking about it. And if he got found out, maybe... I won't never see him again.

"D-Don't call your friends," I muttered. "Just go."

"What about this, let's say I borrow some money from you and then I will pay you back someday? Please, let me pay for this," he begged.

Argh, he is so consistent, or should I say, narrow-minded. People loves free things! But he is different.

"Okay," I sighed.

"Great. Can you give me your phone number? I will give mine then."

Phone number? He wants my number?

For Pete's sake, the man I am adoring for the past 3 years is asking for my number! Can you imagine how happy I am, how nervous I feel and how I freaking feel crazy?! No words can explain my emotions.

Give him, I must give him my number! This is my chance! My only chance to get closer!

No. This is wrong. He wanted to give his number without knowing that I already knew his identity. If I got him while knowing his identity, it will be unfair. But---- I badly want him so bad.

"You don't need to have my number," I said. "Nor do I need to have yours."

Stupid! The best way to describe the word 'Stupid' is my existence! How could I declined his offer!?

"Oh, r-really?" He said. Gosh, he sounds so disappointed.

"Maybe, I will use this as a collateral," he added before he grabbed my hands and put a necklace on my palm.

My shoulder went up in tense! He held my hand... he held it and I can't freaking control myself anymore.

"That necklace is so special for  me. Keep it while I am in debt with you," he said in sweet tone.

I looked at the necklace. It is so beautiful and it made me smile.

"Oh? This is the first time I saw you smile," he mumbled.

Huh? What did he say?

I looked back at him, for the first time we met each other gaze.

"And this is the first time we looked at each other's eyes," he added while looking at me.

I thought I am the only one who watched him for years. I thought he never noticed my existence. But I didn't expect to know that he was actually watching me since then.

You are really driving me crazy, Chwe Hansol.
