And kids aren't too bad but they can be annoying sometimes but oddly enough if they are reasonable I'm cool with them.
If I had a daughter I'd call her Nadia.
"Now after watching me play assassins creed what did you learn!"

"Dad are these hoods really needed?"

*attempting to Barbecue hotdogs and burgers....*

"Dad is that a song from your era?"
"How old do you think I a-! FIRE!! MISSION ABORT!"
*grill begins to burn excessively*
"Nadia did you order your burger extra crispy?"
Nadia sighs "sure dad..."
"Dad Mr.Benny said PlayStation is superior!"
"Impossible! That man attempting to turn my daughter to the Non 8K side!"

(And on a side note by the year 2041 there better be some damn 8K!)
"Dad what even is a fallout 3"
"Sit down I have a story to share!"

"Dad do I need to watch all the Star Wars movies?"
"Yes!! You need to understand!"
"BUT I DONT WANNAAA"
"Nadia who you texting?"
"Ummm no one?"
"Are you sure.... are they internet friends?"

(I'd be more lenient but internet safety is very important!)

"I tend to forget that we are in complete different generations"
Well that's good for now
But all in all I think I'd be an alright parent. I'd help my child when they need it and help them later on.
