(Sofia POV)

I sat in one of the prison cells of this Base, an anti-magic collar wrapped around my neck... But... Was this even a cell?

Everything is so clean and tidy, I have a comfy seat a dining table and a humble but not poor bed. There is a rectangular light above me, and the thing separating me from the cell and the outside was Glass, it made me confused at why they chose Glass the most fragile of objects, that was until one of the soldiers gave me a demonstration.

Punching the glass with his fist, which clearly appeared to hurt him as he grasped his hand afterwards. I was stared at the glass, confused by its durability. The punch didn't affect the glass whatsoever no scratch or dent, when I was inside, I tried to hit it as hard as I can, but to no effect.

'Only Inhuman beings can create indestructible glass.' thought 'I came here to reluctantly collect information, but now my interest and anxiety has been piqued to a level I've never experienced before...'

A knock on my door resounded which made me flinch, to see a security guard call me.

"Director wants to see you now, both of you."

After exiting I was lead through the corridor of this building, and I was walking in-front of the Demon behind me.

(3rd Person)

The Two of them were eventually lead towards a different room, Sofia and Vivian were nervous at what would happen, and eventually heard the door open soon.

"Hello." Matthew, sad with a smile as he entered, that smile didn't make them calmer whatsoever, expecting something worse to come. Matthew simply walked forward towards them.

"I must ask, May I know what are your names, and what is your Reason for coming here... I've been a bit paranoid, so please speak the truth." He said, I gulped. I couldn't go against a Resurrected one... One small slip the orthodoxy will end. I saw the telltale signs of their destruction wreaked upon the empire, I even saw their vehicles as he walked by the countryside. With those things practically active everywhere around in their territory, I doubt an invasion would be easy, let alone successful.

"I-I'm Vivian, A Demon from the c-connected Realm, Kingdom Of Mesforstia." Vivian said with a bit of fear in her voice.

Matthew felt a single tap on her shoulder from Akane who concealed herself. One tap indicates truth, and two indicates lie.

"And your purpose?" Matthew said, Vivian feeling exceedingly apprehensive due to his stern tone. By this point she was anxious, and she couldn't even think of a lie, she was unable to withstand the pressure.

"A spy-." She blatantly stated, stopping her sentence afterwards.

"...And you?'

"I'am Sofia, One of the Member's of the Auroran Faith Orthodoxy. I too... Was a spy." Sofia uttered experiencing the same thing as Vivian.

"*inhale* *exhale* Alright, Look... I'am not mad, nor am I disgusted, but may I ask why your specific Nations have decided to conduct espionage on a currently neutral one?"

"The Queen wanted to know your true motives and if the directorate acts were true... Your supposed actions, were unlike any other human we've encountered before." Vivian said, Matthew then looked to Sofia.

"I was sent by the orthodoxy to see if you are a threat or not, many of us were worry Aurelia May just as-Well be a replacement for the empire,"

"...Empires are primitive forms of government, rule through fear, it's obvious you will suffer a revolt. All I wanted is to change the status quo, no discrimination, no corruption, no bigotry. Is that too much to ask? Next, I don't want to expand, I'm fine with what I have... And why would I go against the orthodoxy, which maintains a strong religion and benign motives, for centuries, I even see your process of keeping the Orthodoxy untainted by corruption as interesting."
