79. Adam Park X Reader

You were a friend of Rocky who just moved to angel grove from Las Vegas, Nevada. The very so "quiet" little town of Angel Grove was very stark compared to your bustling city of casinos and entertainment, you've never known a life outside of Las Vegas so this was something new; something you didn't know what could be waiting for you.

Your first day at Angel grove wasn't very nice as you got lost trying to find rocky, you had an unfortunate awkward meeting with the principal when his precious toupee whom he seems to never admit, got caught in the school's AC system and not to mention a run-in with 2 dodo brains named Bulk and Skull who were trying to press you for some quarters (" Imagine trying to rob a lady, not very gentleman like") you said thinking to yourself after dealing with those 2 pea-brains, finally it was nearing the end of the day meaning you had 1 class left and would probably have to find Rocky tomorrow. With that in mind, you quickly sighed and leaned into a locker when you realized you couldn't find your 7th period,

" Could this day get any worse!?" You said groaning. " I don't know can it?" a cute black-haired boy in Green suddenly popped up, resting himself into the lockers as well. " Maybe my day just got better," you said thinking to yourself of how cute the guy looked. " Hi I'm Y/n L/n, I just moved here from Las Vegas," you said sticking out your hand. " Hi I'm Adam, Adam Park and I think my friend Rocky's been looking for you," the boy in green said. " That's funny I've been looking for a Rocky too along with my 7th period" you said pulling up your schedule. " What's your 7 th period? I think I can help you find it before Ms.Applebee takes attendance," he said looking at your schedule,

" That's funny I have Ms. Applebee right now," you said with a small chuckle. " Well then my fair lady onwards," he said doing a small bow and you replied with a light chuckle. You and Adam spent the rest of the walk to Ms. Applebee walking and talking, once there Adam signed himself in and you were left to introduce yourself to Ms. Applebee and the class. You gave a little wave to Rocky before introducing yourself " Hi I'm Y/n L/n and I just moved here from the city that never sleeps Las Vegas Nevada, I like reading, sleeping, and eating and I have a pet ( ignore if you don't have a pet) named p/n" you said with a smile.

A couple of people gave you some smiles and there was tiny applause, after receiving the work for the day Ms. Applebee allowed you to chose a seat and luckily for you it was an empty seat right next to Adam. Once class was over you finally had a proper reunion with Rocky along with meeting his other friends Tommy, Billy, Tanya, and Kat. As a treat for meeting a new friend, Tommy decided to treat you all to Earnie's after school so you all could properly catchup/introduce yourself.

It was going great as you learned Rocky, Adam, and Tommy practiced martial arts, Tanya did baseball and Kat used to be a swimmer. Time ended up flying by fast and before you knew it, it was time to go. Though you were a bit bummed that time caught up so fast it wouldn't be too long for a next out since you all had school tomorrow and Earnie's/Rec center was a frequented place for them. After saying bye and hugging Rocky of course you headed back home to finish up some forms and of course, the science homework you received "Smfh it's the first day and I already have a lesson on stoichiometry"

As you laid on your bed filling out forms and trying to find the answers to your homework, you soon found yourself consistently distracted as the thoughts of Adam scrolled through your mind " His cute smile, curly hair, shyish personality" you thought to yourself. There was no denying that within the 24 hours since you began your new life at Angel grove you've developed feelings for someone already " Slow down Y/n you've only met him recently and he probably sees you as a friend" you said crushing any growing feelings that were in your heart already. Although you didn't want to admit it, it did seem logical as you couldn't just fall in love with someone you just met, and besides, they may not feel the same way.
