Chapter 30- Surprise!

"OH MY GOSH! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S REALLY YOU!" I screamed, happily.

"Haha! I'm here!" He replied, picking me up and hugging me. 

"Baekhyun, how did you even get here?! I thought you went to go and study in Canada for 5 years. You aren't supposed to be back for another 2 years!" I asked as I hugged him back. 

"Heh, me and my class came here for a little trip. I saw your mom down at the lobby. Oh, congratulations by the way." He said. 

"Oh yeah, thanks.." I replied, pulling away from the hug. 

"What's wrong chubs?" He asked. 

"Ugh, I thought you forgot about that stupid nickname.." I pouted. 

"Never!" He laughed. 

"Whatever, Bacon." 

"Hey!" He said as he ruffled my hair. 

We both laughed.

"Zaynah, who's he?!" Jimin asked as he came towards us. 

"Oh.. He's was my best friend when we were kids." I told him. 

"Was?!" Baekhyun exclaimed. "I am your best friend!" He shouted, playfully. 

I smiled. 

Jimin scowled. 

"Your mom wanted me to tell you that we were having dinner in the restaurant downstairs, so she said to freshen up and whatever.." He said before leaving. 

"Oh, you should definitely come!" I told him, excitedly. 

"Who was that?" He asked. 

"That was my stepbrother.." I answered. 

"Oh, I didn't know your stepdad had kids." He said. 

"He actually has 7 sons, and they're all here.." I continued.

"Oh, that's pretty cool." He said, trying to be nice. 

I nodded, slowly.

 "Come on! Let's catch up!" I said as Opulled him inside my room. 

We spent the afternoon just talking about everything that had happened since we last saw each other.

"So, you've never had a girlfriend before?" I teased. 

"Says you, you've never had a boyfriend before." He scoffed. 

"Okay, you got me there." I laughed. 

"So, your stepbrothers seem.. Nice..? He said, awkwardly. 

I sighed.

"Yeah.. I guess." I answered. 

"What? Don't you like them?" He asked. 

"They're alright, I guess." I said. 

Someone knocked on the door.

I went to go and open the door. 

"Hey, beautifu-" Jungkook looked behind me and saw Baekhyun inside my room, sat on my bed. 

He gently pushed me aside and closed the door behind him. 

He walked over to Baekhyun and grabbed him by his collar.
