Aylin was just about to say something when she suddenly heard the roar of a car engine. She turned her head to look at the rearview mirror outside the car and immediately sat up straight!

The two luxury cars were about to collide!

Aylin’s reaction was almost instinctive.

“Ryker, buckle up!”

Immediately, she firmly gripped the steering wheel, stepped on the accelerator, and smoothly engaged the clutch all in one fluid motion.

Lloyd clasped his hands together and muttered “Lord bless me” countless times, too scared to even open his eyes. Although Ryker didn’t know what was happening, he quickly fastened his seatbelt and held on tightly.

Aylin frantically turned the steering wheel, the car’s body barely grazing past, narrowly avoiding a

collision.

The car stirred up a whirlwind of dust, and as the dust clouds slowly dissipated, everything settled back down.

In this showdown, the outcome has been determined – who will emerge victorious and who will be

defeated?

Only in the fleeting moment when the cars brushed past each other, she caught a glimpse of Gavyn’s stern profile in the other vehicle.

Aylin couldn’t help but blurt out, “Are you crazy?”

The intense collision and billowing smoke that Lloyd had imagined did not occur.

He opened his eyes, feeling as if he had survived a catastrophe.

Ms. Koch… Did we just dodge that?

Unbelievable!

He took a deep breath and cautiously looked up at Gavyn’s expression.

Gavyn’s face was somber, hidden in the shadows, showing no emotion, making it impossible to tell what he was thinking.

It had been quite some time since Ryker had witnessed such an exhilarating scene. He sat nearby, holding his breath, and it took him a while to regain his composure, his heart still racing.

“Gavyn actually wanted to hit you; has he gone mad?”

Even though he didn’t like Gavyn, Ryker had naturally heard about the reputation of the Delacruz Group’s CEO for being calm, rational, and always thinking ahead.

I’ve never seen someone acting as insanely as they are today.

If those two cars had collided just now, the consequences would have been unimaginable!

Upon thinking of this, Ryker hurriedly unbuckled his seatbelt and leaned in to check on Aylin from head to toe. “Aylin, are you alright?”

Aylin closed her eyes and rubbed her brow, “I’m fine, it’s just that I can’t stand that annoying and persistent person… never mind.”

Seeing her exhausted, Ryker couldn’t help but feel distressed. He quickly opened a bottle of mineral. water and handed it to her. “Thank goodness you reacted quickly. I was completely stunned. Have a sip of water to calm yourself down.”

Aylin took a sip of water to moisten her throat, “I’m sorry, it seems the car body got scratched. I need to go get it fixed.”

“What’s this?”

Ryker didn’t care at all, “You are the most important thing. It doesn’t matter if the car breaks down

and gets thrown away, as long as you’re okay.”
