It had been a day since Shadowheart had left GrassClan. They were all on edge with the threat of impending battle. Not one of them trusted Shadowheart not to reveal their secrets. Yet, they didn't really mew on about the betrayal. They were all focused on seeing that they would survive the coming trial, despite Shadowheart's deception.
Bramblestripe couldn't help but blame himself for this. He should have tried harder but Shadowheart had fought his interest every step of the way. Now, it was too late. She had made her choice and there was no going back now.
