In stone forest city's freedom hotels in a private room on a top floor, people from the Secret Pavilion and Thirteen Thrones were currently waiting for Black Flame.
"Elder Tiexin what do you think Zero Wing wants?" Melancholy the guild leader of Thirteen Thrones asked.
Yuan Tiexin rubbing his beard said "I have no clue, but I love meeting with the guild, they always have something great to offer."
Melancholy couldn't agree more, thanks to their partnership with Zero Wing they had managed to pull ahead greatly on the other superpowers when nurturing tier 4 experts and exploring neutral maps, and hidden maps. After waiting a little bit more Shi Feng walked in shocking Melancholy and Yuan Tiexin. Currently Shi Feng felt like a primordial monster to them and this was just him suppressing his aura heavily.
"Is he already in the same realm as those true monsters?" Both Yuan Tiexin and Melancholy thought. The reason why the five great super guilds can lord over other superpowers is because of the true monsters in the guilds, if Shi Feng became a true monster himself ZeroWings future would be astounding. Not giving them the chance to continue their thoughts Shi Feng said, "guild leader Melancholy, Uncle Yuan thank you for coming on such short notice."
"Don't worry about it my boy please speak your mind"
"Thank you. I would like to borrow 200 tier 4 experts from each guild for a dungeon exploration."
Both representatives suddenly choked on air.
"200 tier 4 experts! Guild leader Black Flame do you want to tackle an expedition dungeon!?" Melancholy asked
"Yes and not just any expedition dungeon I want to tackle the Chaos Storms dungeon."
Again both representatives couldn't believe their ears, the Chaos Storms dungeon is a level 140 dungeon, their peak experts won't even reach level 135 in a week and it is one of the hardest expedition dungeons at this stage of the game, this operation is just too risky
"Guild leader Black Flame what would you offer us in exchange for our services?" Yuan Tiexin asked, even though he's friends with Shi Feng he can't do something like this without profit.
"Of course, if your guilds are willing to help Zero Wing will reserve 1000 slots each in the Shining fortress for both guilds and give a 30% discount on all the fortress costs as well." Shi Feng said.
The two were sorely tempted, the Shining fortress is an absolute necessity for exploring the Lost Light Plains and it is constantly packed by other superpowers and strong first rate powers. If Zero Wing hadn't banned those who attempted to assault the fortress from entering no one power would be able to send large numbers there.
"Also I'll let you in on a secret. The Shining fortress can be upgraded, if we manage to upgrade the fortress the amount of reserve slots you have will double."
"Guild leader Black Flame Thirteen Thrones agrees to your terms."
"The Secret Pavilion also agrees."
Hearing this both Melancholy and Yuan Tiexin couldn't sign up fast enough. When the starlight fortress was upgraded it sent waves through gods domain. If Zero Wing can do the same for the Shining fortress the benefits they would have are incredible.
"When would you require our experts?" Yuan Tiexin asked.
"In about a week's time, we still need time to prepare." Shi Feng said
Both agreed, this will give them time to allow their peek experts to level up and prepare things for when they leave. Currently the Secret Pavilion has over 400 tier 4 experts and Thirteen Thrones has a similar number, they can distribute the man power so their guilds would be safe. After a little more discussion the three parties all signed contracts and went on with their business.
"Guild leader my Uncles are here to discuss with you" Aqua said.
"Great in the meantime Snow prepare the main force when I'm done here we're going on a raid ok" Shi Feng said to Gentle Snow.
Aqua then led Dark Wave and Spring Echo into the room and her heart broke when she saw them. Even though they tried to hide it she can still see the sorrow and despair on their faces. When the two sat down Shi Feng went straight to business.
"Hello gentlemen, I've been informed of your guild's situation and I might have a solution."
After talking with Yuan Tiexin, Shi Feng finally had a real understanding of what was going on and he found the attempt amusing. The Fangling corporation the same one Cold Shadow belongs to has officially joined gods domain, and because they couldn't annex Zero Wing they worked with Open Source to annex Twilight Echo. While Sun and Moon is powerful it's not to the point that it can resist two top tier companies at the same time. When Shi Feng found this out he figured out what this is all about. Corporations who haven't invested in gods domain still target his guild, it only makes sense that with a fat piece of meat right in front of you why would anyone settle for the equivalent of scraps. With Sun and Moon in disarray if they wanted to continue on in the game they would create their own guild again but that requires a lot of resources and Zero Wing acquires many things like high level energy and other things from Sun and Moon and their connections. If the corporation is not able to provide his guild with these important resources, Zero Wing will suffer a big blow, and they could use this chance to eat up his guild. Of course there is more complicated things that goes into it but that's the long and short of it.
"Guild leader Black Flame how do you plan to do that?" Spring Echo asked.
"Give Open Source what it wants." Shi Feng declared with a serious look.
Aqua, Dark Wave, and Spring Echo didn't know what to say. They had come here hoping Shi Feng had a solution to their problem but what he said is the complete opposite. Shi Feng ignored the looks the three were giving him and continued.
"Right now the Sun and Moon group have no place in Twilight Echo, but what you still have shouldn't be underestimated. With that force take what you can from your guild and develop elsewhere, Zero Wing will help you capture new towns and we will also provide you with war weapons like Secret silver combat puppets and others to help defend your new territory. Also doesn't Sun and Moon have a city that is completely under their control, Zero Wing will help you transfer that city to a neutral map as well as give you the temporary residence in the shining fortress. Finally we will also train ten of your selected members turning them into top tier experts. With all this even if you leave your guild Sun and Moon will have a much stronger starting point and can even develop further, what do you say." Shi Feng finished.
When Dark Wave and Spring Echo heard this they were stunned. With all this starting a new Twilight Echo with the people loyal to the Sun and Moon corporation isn't so bad, in fact it's much better than their original plan and would even benefit the family's business.
"guild leader Black Flame what do you want in return for all of this? Giving us so many resources won't help your guild at all." Dark Wave asked, he didn't believe he would do all this just because Aqua is his friend.
"Of course I have my conditions. You must give us a three hundred million credit deposit, next Sun and Moon must provide Zero Wing with larger quantities of high level energy and these training equipment. Finally I'm going to give you a new method for producing high level energy. What you can create with this is actually better than most of what is currently available. Once you are able to solidify the research Sun and Moon must sell 40% of the produced high level energy it gets from this method to Zero Wing."
This is Shi Feng's way of solving many future problems for his guild. The high level energy importance goes without saying. After the Green God auction the guild doesn't have much in the form of free funds to spare. What they do have is only enough to keep the guild running, the 300,000,000 credits can save him a lot of worry. Also what he just gave Dark Wave and Spring Echo are formulas and methods to obtain a source of high level energy, this source is the same one that made Open Source into one of the top ten companies in the energy business in his past life. When they had discovered it, it not only shook the energy industry but the whole world, many people started to research his new method and such even Shi Feng had gone to great lengths to get his hands on it and maybe create his own version. With the benefits the energy could provide it could maybe help improve himself and Shadow. Even though what he had discovered wasn't even a quarter as good as the original, his bet had actually paid off, it was thanks to pouring a lot into researching this energy that helped turned Shadow into a second rate guild close to becoming a top tier one at that and it wasn't only Shadow. Many other guilds who had taken the bet to research this energy made amazing progress, some even become superfirst rate guilds at that, and those who didn't either fell behind or were wiped out from the game. And that was all thanks to what could be considered a half ass version of the original. Shi Feng has no worries that Open Source is currently doing research on it as well after all, this energy won't have even a hint of being discovered in at least two and half more years based on Shi Feng's estimates. If Sun and Moon discover it first it would not only skyrocket the corporations development, it would really screw over Open Source.
Both Dark Wave and Spring Echo looked at the man in front of them curiously. After finding out who Shi Feng was the had investigated him thoroughly, they had to if they were going to intrust their niece to him. What they found out blew their minds, Shi Feng was absolutely normal, only having immense talent that he had hidden, and although he is an engineering graduate his knowledge on the levels of energy he is talking about shouldn't be that much without working at a energy company and being high up in there.
"Guild leader Black Flame we agree to your terms. The Sun and Moon's new guild will be trusting you" Dark Wave said.
He had to take this bet, it was much better than the alternative. In this day and age anything less than a superpower in gods domain can get wiped out easily, it doesn't matter if a powerful corporation is behind it, even independent players are now getting so strong that they can completely disregard super guilds. He and the people that follow him do not have this kind of strength and they'll be destroyed over and over again if such large moves were made by them.
Shi Feng then signed agreements with Dark Wave and left Aqua in charge of the matters. She and the dark gods legion will help build and capture knew towns and do other stuff for Sun and Moon to help them establish a new starting point, once it's all over they won't be that much weaker than other first rate guilds and once they recruit more members their potential would skyrocket.
"Guild leader is it alright to give them the temporary residence? What about the candlelight chamber of commerce auction?" Aqua asked, even though she's glad for her family giving up the temporary residence is a lot for Zero Wing.
"Don't worry that's why I asked Snow to prepare the main force. The monster were going to kill may drop a fortress upgrade token."
"Really! What monster is it?" Aqua Rose became excited hearing this. The benefits the shining fortress is bringing them is large, upgrading the fortress again would be an immense upwind for the guild.
Shi Feng smiled at his vice guild leader excited expression,
"Were going to hunt a tier 5 adult dragon." He said.
