When Shi Feng opened his eyes he saw tons of players at the teleportation gate, most people were tier 3 while he spotted a few tier 4 players. He's been gone for weeks. The various superpowers and powerful first rate guilds should have a few tier 4 players by now. Now that players are becoming more powerful they are starting to explore dangerous maps like areas affected by the bottomless abyss, which is close to the city increasing the city's population. Shi Feng then made his way to the library and met with Sharlyn.
When Sharlyn saw him she made a smile that could force the sun to rise. "Why have you come to see me so soon, do you miss me that much?" Shi Feng rolled his eyes, he would avoid meeting a gold digger like her if he could help it. "Lady Sharlyn I've captured that mysterious youth, here you go".
"You captured him so soon! You really do not disappoint, hold on to that for now and come with me" Sharlyn said.
"Where are we going?" Shi Feng asked
"The star gazing tower in black wing city of course. We're going to meet a very important person." Sharlyn giggled as she said that.
After teleporting to the star gazing tower Sharlyn and Shi Feng headed to the top floor. Shi Feng was amazed not even kings and emperors are allowed on the top floor of the star gazing tower. In his past life only tier 6 players managed to enter the top floor and only a very select few. When they reached the top Sharlyn then opened the door with a key made of seven luminaries crystals. When they'd entered Shi Feng felt as if he was in a new world. He saw an endless grassy plain and a beautiful night sky filled with stars and planets. The place was filled with a very soothing energy. If players trained here they will experience amazing results. In the middle was a little wooden cottage. Shi Feng was surprised again, this cottage was made of mana wood, a material that is the best for making boats, airships, and the highest quality rooms. The reason being because it has a very strong life rejuvenating effect and cleanses the body of hidden bad energy. It is also very tough and can repair itself. Sharlyn and Shi Feng walked into the cottage and there they saw an old man sitting on a rocking chair beside a bonfire. This old man looked very sickly and was clearly on his last leg.
Sharlyn spoke to him "Old Slaid we have a gift for you", at the moment Shi Feng even with his superhuman mind, his brain stopped working Michale Slaid was the name of the owner of Black Wing city one of the most powerful tier 5 beings in the game.
"Little girl why have you come to bother me now?" Slaid asked with a smile. He had found Sharlyn at a very young age and raised her. When he became ill Sharlyn was one of the few people that will come to him and help take care of him, she was like a daughter to him.
"This one over here has caught your son" when Sharlyn said that the room's mana went crazy for a second. "Young man is this true?" Slaid trusted Sharlyn but he needed confirmation. "Yes Lord Slaid it is true here he is" Shi Feng then handed the cage to Slaid. When he received it and inspected the cage he sighed.
"Thank you, young man. My son has gone to the wrong path because of my carelessness and I know you have suffered because of it. As token of my gratitude and apology you are now a count of black wing city and you now have access to the top of the star gazing tower"

Shi Feng was speechless becoming a titled noble of black wing city was many times more beneficial then becoming one in any random kingdom or empire also he was excited, he never heard of the black wing city having a trading system, and it must be an extraordinary one seeing as one has to become a count to unlock the function.
"Lord Slaid if you don't mind me asking why do you look so sick is there any way I can help?" Shi Feng asked normally powerful tier 5 NPCs should live a few hundred years no problem but slaid was clearly suffering from something. If he can help heal him the potential rewards would be magnificent, after all he has the fruit of life and if worst comes to worst he can give Slaid a seven colored fruit. Clearly water of life won't work because a man such as Slaid can get his hands on plenty.
"Thank you for your concern young man. This is because of an injury I received because of a demon god a few years back." Slaid glanced at Sharlyn when he said that and Shi Feng noticed the sudden sadness on her face. Slaid continued "I don't regret what happened and I'm even glad I did it, but not even a seven colored fruit can help me. For now I'm just enjoying my days waiting for my death." Not even a seven colored fruit can help, for a moment Shi Feng was stumped, the seven colored fruit was considered a divine artifact to NPCs but not even that was enough. When Shi Feng was just about to give up he suddenly remembered something "that's right I have the soul fruit! I was planning to give it to Anna so she could reach tier 6 but it won't be bad to use on Slaid." Shi Feng then took out the soul fruit and about his personal guards this wasn't taking much of a loss, all three were epic rank and basically guaranteed to become tier 5, Anna in particular is basically guaranteed to reach tier 6 with her growth potential so there really is no use for the soul fruit. When Slaid and Sharlyn saw the silver apple that calmed their souls they were amazed. "Young man I can not take such a precious thing from you. And there's a chance your soul fruit won't even work, its best not to waste it on an old fellow like me" Slaid said reluctantly.
"Lord Slaid, Lady Sharlyn has helped me plenty, giving up a little soul fruit to help you is no big deal, so please take it."

A cocoon of eternal energy was covering the NPC and after a few minutes the cocoon was opened and out came a handsome young looking man. Not only did Slaid get healed and regain his youth he was also releasing a ton of divine might. The man was a step away from becoming a god.

When Shi Feng looked at Sharlyn she gave him a grateful look. Before he could talk to her, Slaid said, "Little Sharlyn, why don't you leave us for a moment, I wish to talk to this young man in private for a moment". Sharlyn nodded and left the top floor of the tower.
"Young man thank you for all your help. I am truly ashamed to ask this of you but I require a favor."
"Anything lord Slaid" Shi Feng said.
"That little girl Sharlyn, she is not simple. One day she may face grave danger, danger that I will not be able to stop. I hope when the time comes you will help her and save her?" Slaid asked.
Shi Feng sighed inwardly "Lord Slaid like I said Lady Sharlyn has helped me plenty. If she ever faces trouble you can count on me." In reality Shi Feng didn't want to accept this quest, any quest involving Sharlyn at the very least is an epic one and a random epic or higher quest could affect his future plans. But he and Sharlyn were friends and he has grown fond of her even if she were just a computer program.

I must take my leave now young man, now that I am healed there are many things I must see to" Slaid handed Shi Feng an item and then disappeared like he was never there, even after that Shi Feng still had his mouth open like an idiot. He had only heard rumors of divine quest and all the rumors stated that while passing a divine quest has amazing benefits, failing one would not only ruin your account but future accounts as well. Not only that but the demon gods invasion, something like that could destroy the game for all normal players. Only dark players will benefit greatly. After calming down Shi Feng didn't care so much he already screwed over quite a few demon gods and would have to face them someday, now he just had a timeframe to work with.
Shi Feng then checked out the item Slaid had given him. It was a pendant made of seven luminaries crystals.

What a powerful item. Shi Feng was lost for words. In gods domain the difference between god ranked players and god ranked NPCs was massive. This difference wasn't an issue of attributes or skills but position. When players become gods that's it but when an NPC becomes a god they obtain a title associated with their accomplishment. Like god of thunder or sky goddess, and whatever title they received they will be powered further when in the right environments. With this item Shi Feng can be as strong as a NPC god, this item will still be useful after tier 6.
Next Shi Feng checked out the trading system for the star gazing tower and he was impressed. The weakest item was at dark gold rank and the majority were epic rank, Shi Feng could even trade for legacies, magic arrays and designs. But the prices were exorbitant. The cheapest dark gold item cost 1000 CPs and Shi Feng only had 200,000. While browsing Shi Feng saw something that caught his eye. It was a dagger made out of black star crystals, a very rare item used to make legendary items. Shi Feng clicked on it (Swift Shade- legendary rank) CPs 230,000. If I could get this for Fire and upgrade thousand transformations she would become a peerless monster. Shi Feng bought the dagger, luckily he gets a 20% discount and can pay 30% with magic crystals but he was now a poor bastard in regards to black wing CPs.

Swift Shade once belonged to the god of night and had taken the lives of over a hundred gods. It was lost and damaged in the Great Destruction but was discovered again and gifted to only the most talented of assassins. Only someone who has completed the trial of assassins can use the full power of Swift Shade. (Can be evolved)
"This dagger is basically the ultimate assassination weapon." Shi Feng was stunned in the hands of an assassin swift shade can kill even gods. If Shi Feng gave this dagger to Fire Dance he wouldn't be surprised if she managed to assassinate him.
Shi Feng used the last of his CPs to buy an epic shield design. If he could outfit the entire main force and legions with epic shields their dungeon clearing speeds will be unbeatable. When he was done with his business here he left to go see Seleria. Although he had heard rumors that having full access to the star gazing tower can help players reach tier 6 there was no need to worry about that right now. Besides it is finally time to obtain one of gods domain ten great legendary weapons.
