Gabbys POV
I woke up to my alarm blaring because I have cheer.
yeah I know I can't cheer anymore, but I have to go today and talk to my coach about everything.
I got up and got changed into shorts and a tank top and put my hair in a French braid.
I did my makeup and put on flip flops.
I went downstairs and saw dave sitting at the kitchen counter.
"what are you doing up?" he asked
"gotta go to cheer and talk to my coach" I said
"alright let me know when you're ready and I'll drive you" he said
"alright I'm ready now" I said and we got in the car and left.
he dropped me off and I told him I wanted to walk home.
I went inside and saw my coach look at me confused.
"Gabriella we need to talk, in my office" she said
I went into her office and sat down and she started talking.
"okay listen. I understand that you can't help the fact that your brothers famous but it's starting to distract the girls so for that reason I have to kick you off the team. it's been a pleasure but please hand your uniform in and go" she said
I put my uniform on the desk and walked out, I was mad, I know I was here to tell her I can't anymore but that just made me mad, Zacs stuff is really starting to get too involved in my life.
I started walking down the street and decided to go to Starbucks before I went home.
I walked inside and saw Hayes sitting at a table by himself fiddling with his fingers.
I went and sat across from him and he didn't look up.
"Hayes, what's wrong?" I asked
he looked up and I could tell he has been crying, his bright blue eyes were glossed over, red, bloodshot, and puffy.
people were looking at us.
"come on, let's go outside" I said and he pulled himself up and followed me outside.
"wanna talk or do you want a hug?" I asked
"No I'm fine" he said
"Hayes talk to me, I'm here" I said
"I'm just stupid, I let hate get to me. like weather it's from a fan or Nash saying something like I always seem to let it get to me, I'm so freaking sensitive" he said
"well did you listen to it from fans or Nash?" I asked
"both, Nash is just in a bad mood today and kicked everyone out so Cameron and the guys took skylynn to the beach but I came here. and the fans are being so negative about everything, about us, about me and Nash changing and it's so annoying like either be a fan or don't. I'm not gonna die if I lose my fans and I'm not famous, me or Nash never intended to become famous. the worst is when they say you're famous for the stupidest stuff, like once again, I was just fooling around with Nash and never intended on fame" Hayes said
"listen to me, you have to ignore them, there are some positive ones out there but not all. like I've only started getting a lot of followers since we dated and since people found out I was Zacs sister, the amount of crap about zac is annoying but I ignore it. Hates stupid, those people are just jealous Hayes, look at them the look at you, you're probably much further than all of them so don't let them get to you Hayes. you're better than that, you're better than the fame, you're an amazing person and I love you" I said
"I love you too" he said and kissed me.
"now stop being all sad and let's put on our bathing suits and go to the beach, I'll get dave to take us" I said
"fine" he said
we went to his house and Nash wasn't there so hayes got changed real quick then we went to my house.
I got changed into a coral bikini and put on a cover up and went downstairs.
"hey dave, you like me better than zac and Dylan right?" I asked
"yeah obviously" he said
"wanna please please drive me and Hayes to the beach?" I asked
"yeah sure" he said and stood up.
"thank you thank you" I said and we got in the car and he dropped us off.
"this is gonna sound really weird but I love beach I just hate sand. like I won't sit in it or play in it like as a little kid I used to wear socks and shoes onto the beach all the time." I said
"you're a strange one" Hayes said
we got down to where all the guys were and they were just sitting under the umbrella.
"oh look who showed up" skylynn said all sassy.
"be quiet sky I brought you're best friend" Hayes sad and skylynn hugged me.
"Nash will show up next, just wait boys" she said
"gabby will you go in the water with me?" she asked
"yeah" I sad and she grabbed my hand and we went into the water.
I held her and went to where the water was up to the middle of my belly and then Hayes came in with us and the water was only at his waist.
all the guys came in and we fooled around in the water for a while.
"yo lets go sit on the beach and eat" Taylor said
we all got out and that all just plopped in the sand.
I stood there really awkwardly.
"so are you gonna sit or watch us like a hawk" matt asked
"I'm gonna watch you guys" I said sarcastically.
"she doesn't like sand" Hayes said
"they why would you come to the beach" Cameron asked
"I like the beach, just not the sand" I said
"well she's weird" Jack G said
"you guys are so mean" I said
"it's fine were leaving soon anyway" Cameron said
"CAMERON DONT BE MEAN TO HER" skylynn said and slapped his arm.
"I'm sorry" he said
"yes young lady that's right" skylynn said
"I'm a man not a lady" cam said
"oh well guess what. I don't care girlfriend" she said and walked away.
she came running back around a second screaming and jumped right into Hayes and she was crying.
"oh my god skylynn, the bird isn't gonna attack you" Hayes said
"yes it will Hayes" she cried
"is everyone ready? let's just leave" matt said
everyone got their towels and we left as skylynn gripped onto Hayes neck for dear life.
we all got into 2 cars and drive back to Nash and Hayes.
we went inside and Nash was sitting at the table.
"guys I'm sorry about earlier, I was in a bad mood and you guys were being loud but I shouldn't of kicked you all out. I'm sorry" he said
"it's cool" they all said
we all hung out for a while then I said bye and dave picked me up and I went right to bed, I was exhausted.
