gabbys POV

I woke up to people yelling, all to familiar voices, bob and Fran.

I turned over and saw Hayes standing in front of the door listening.

"Hayes what am I supposed to do?" I asked

"they can't take you, Cameron signed all the papers. it's okay, you're safe" Hayes said

"GET THE HELL OUT! YOU DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT HER SO DONT TRY SAYING THAT, I WATCHED HER SIT IN PAIN AT THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF YOU TWO. NOW GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE ANS DONT YOU DARE TRY AND CONTACT HER, IF I EVER FIND OUT THAY YOU TRIED THEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING ELSE COMING FOR YOU" Cameron screamed.

"gab Cameron signed your custody papers, nothing's gonna happen to you trust me" Hayes said

I got up and just leaned against Hayes and laid my head on his chest.

"do you understand that without you and Nash and Cameron and all the guys, I would maybe be dead today. you guys do so much for me and I seriously don't know how to thank you guys" I said

"because we love you and care about you, we will always be here for you" Hayes said

I still heard Jane and Bob downstairs, "let me take care of this" I said

"gab stay up here" Hayes said and didn't move from in front of the door.

"please Hayes, nothing's gonna happen to me, they aren't gonna get me" I said and kissed him.

he moved and I went downstairs, "oh Gabriella, come on sweetie. time to go home" Fran said

"come on" matt said and walked to me on the steps and turned me around to go up.

"no I'm fine matt" I said

I saw Shawn walk in the front door from behind them with bags, "SHAWN" I yelled and ran down and hugged him.

"hey gab" he said

"come on now sweetheart" bob said

"don't you dare try and call me sweat heart, after everything you put my through. don't worry, you will be in jail once the rape test results come back. and for child abuse. you are a disgusting human being who deserves to rot in jail for the rest of your life and so does Fran. now get the hell out of my house before I call the detectives on your case" I said

"fine we'll go home, we hung up the picture of you, and your gorgeous mother who I would love to get my hands on, and there were 2 boys in it. oh wait they're your screw up brothers who are in jail now" Fran said

I grabbed her hair and pulled it as hard as I could and she fell to the ground then I was going to kick her when jack g picked me up.

"You're a piece of shit" I said to her and she got up and they left.

"I'm sorry" I said to the guys and went back upstairs.

"don't be" jack said as was walking up the stairs.

I walked back into Hayes room and he was looking for a shirt in his drawer, "we have magcon today, if you don't wanna go I'll stay home with you" Hayes said

"no I think we should go" I said

"we have to leave in like an hour" he said
