gabbys POV

"maybe her moms house" some girl said and popped out of the kitchen.

"she's right, I'll go" I said

"see ya" Hayes said

I got a better look at the girl, it was madison.

"bye guys, thank you" I said

"stay, he'll go to his room" jack g said

"I'm gonna go home, me being here isn't a good idea" I said

"there's stuff going on at home, you're better off here so you're gonna stay here or else one of us is going home with you" Cameron said

"I'll take you home if you feel uncomfortable here" Ethan said

"im fine thank you though" I said

"matt can I have my keys back now?" I
asked

"no" he said

"I'll drive you, come on" cameron said

we went out and got in his car and he started driving.

"can you just drop me off at Starbucks?" I asked

"no" he said

"going to my house isn't a good idea, there's cops there and it's a mess right now" I said

"that's your home, they can't invade it. you can go inside and eat and go up in your room without them bothering you." Cameron said

"yeah" I said

we got to my house and I saw cops still there and zac yelling.

Zacs home.

"THATS MY SON. I have full custody, all rights are mine. you can't just take him!" zac yelled and was crying.

"we can though, this living isn't good for him" the cop said

I walked up and hugged zac and hugged me back.

"how old is she?" the cop asked

"16" zac said

"she ours too" he said and grabbed my arm.

"no I'm not" I said and laughed.

"my brothers have given me a life better than I ever could've imagined, you can't take me away from them. there is no reason why I shouldn't be living here. I'm nourished and well cared for, wanna check my body for marks to see if I'm abused? good luck finding one speck. im not going with you" I said

"you have to, it's the law" the cop said.

"no, you can't take me from my family, my life" I said

"yes we can, this isn't good living conditions and supervision for a 16 year old" the cop said and put me in the back of his car while I fought back.

I heard zac, Dylan, and Cameron yelling but I was too zoned out at this point.

the car stated driving and I looked back and saw them standing there, not sure what to do next.
