gabbys pov

i woke up to the door opening, i figured it was just zac so i put my head back down.

"don't wake him up and we won't have a problem. get up and follow me outside" i heard trey whisper.

my hands were under my body so i secretly pinched hayes and he woke up.

"i said don't pinch him and we wouldn't have a problem" trey said and grabbed my but hayes pulled me back down.

hayes stood up and is so much bigger than trey, "get the hell out of this house right now and don't come back" hayes said

"or what's gonna happen" he asked

hayes just swung at him and hit him right in the nose.

trey swung back and hayes ducked but then took one to the eye.

hayes came back and punched trey and hit him right in the eye.

trey got so mad, "oh you guys just watch your backs" he said and stormed out.

i went into the kitchen and got a cold rag and put it on hayes eye.

"you gotta stop being nice and being there for people because then they do this stuff"hayes said

"i didn't know he was gonna. i used to be best friends with him, he was never like that" i said

"i know but be careful please" hayes said

"it's new years eve now" i said

"i know, almost new years" hayes said

"i don't know if anyone told you yet but the guys are throwing a huge party and you're coming" hayes said

"does this hurt" i said as i put the tag on his eye.

he flinched, "no" he said

"don't lie to me hayes" i said

"it doesn't hurt, i'm fine" he said

i was sitting on the counter and he was standing between my legs, "you're lying hayes. i'm sorry, i got you involved in this dumb stuff and now your hurt" i said

"i'm fine, i pinky promise" he said and linked pinkies with me then we kissed our thumbs and stamped them.

"you know i won't break those" hayes said and kissed me.

"let's go upstairs to my room because the couch is awful to sleep on" i said

we went upstairs and went back to sleep.

i woke up to zac shaking me, "gab what happened to the window" he said

"i tried helping an old friend who i then had to make leave an she broke in last night" i said

"everyone's okay though?" he asked

"yeah" i said

i got up and got changed into leggings and a tshirt and hayes was still asleep.

i left and went on a run, i ran for about an hour and then got back and hayes was still sound asleep.
